COOL BEANS!! Thanks, GGed, I was wondering that, too. Your posts always have such an "old hippy polished" look.

The leaves yellowed a bit and got some light spots. I either gave them a drink that was too hot or the ph was off. I believe I locked things up so I made up some light nutes ph'd to 5.8-6 (using test strips). And all seems well again. New growth looks healthy. Purple mazar is standing on her own. Almost ready to move into bigger pots !

Well I figured out my ph pen is off, and I don't have calibration fluid. So I've been using test strips.
Apparently I'm not qualified. Lol I've been giving acidic juice to my babies.🤢
It's been a couple of days and the new growth is green and reaching up to the sun and lights. But the damaged leaves are still fading. At first sight it is ghastly. But we're on the mend.

It affected the purple mazar more than the kush. The kush is ready for transplanting. Hopefully she can hold on a day or two while I get my goodies together.
I need a second job to fund my grow 🤔

Critical Kush and Purple Mazar got new digs this morning.

Buried Purple Mazar up to where her cotyledons were.

The roots were good on the kush. But the Mazar's were lacking. Which is what I expected considering what I see above ground.

And smelling a little bit too. Hopefully the heat has peaked out here and I can start getting some serious terpene development. These two otta have a great bouquet.

I've been able to avoid it this long, but I'm afraid I may have to buy some neem oil for my arsenal. I've never seen them in this stage. Only adults flying around.
 
I ordered 15lbs of kind soil. Going to get roots organic after dinner. Anyone know how different the original is from the 707 mix? My local shop only has the 707, so I'll have to give it a try.
 
I was going over my plants with a magnifying glass twice a day and squishing all I could find. Fortunately it didn't blossom into a full blown infestation but I took longer than I expected to wipe them all out.
 
I couldn't find much info online -- looks like there's not a huge difference and you should be ok. Maybe try asking Kind Soil if they know? I've never contacted them but I understand they're pretty responsive.
 
alltatup my first reaction was fungus nat larva. But they were on the leaves not in the dirt. Also the leaves had the beginning of what looks like doodle art on them. So it seems they are leaf miners according to gwe symptom checker. But I put out yellow sticky cards and got a couple of nats. The soil is not too wet and has a lot of coco coir, so fungus nats shouldn't be a problem. But I feel I need to treat for both to be safe. I must eradicate any damn larva or larvae whichever the case may be. Lol
 
Thanks for checking around Aloner. I read that this and that but nothing convincing. So I am taking your advice and dropping an email when I get to work. See what roots organics has to say.
