Can you guys link me or refer me to the California laws. Interested in growing outdoors but want to make sure I am legal to do so. My concern is I live literally on the next street over from an elementary school. Like I can look over my fence and see the school over my neighbors fence. So am I legal? I have looked it up but It’s not clear to me, also how many plants can I grow legally? In flower and veg at the same time??

I can’t speak for your request but, i have seen a 60 Minutes segment on the Emerald Triangle in Northern California and the licensing fees are insane. Maybe if you can find it on demand, it may have some redeeming value.
