Bugs?

Hello GWE! I have a problem on a few leaves of my NL x Blue berry. It’s an auto in a grow tent with good circulation and an exhaust fan under a 200 actual watt led. Could this leaf damage be from drops of water left on the leaf or from my twist ties for LST? It looks like caterpillar damage but i don't see any. I do have a few fungus gnats.

Looks more like HST (high stress training). You gots to be gentle with the ladies. You could very well have a larger bug of some sort munching away too. Pics are kinda out of focus.

I looked for insects.I searched

for an hour. I seen a few fungus gnats. I honestly think it is me with my so called LST or as starramus puts it HST LOL!(i did try FIM a few weeks back) Its my 1st indoor grow and i am learning lots GWE is awesome, but starramus is right i need too be more gentle with the ladies. In the picture you can see my twist tie and im thinking i hooked that leaf to cause that as i was trying to move the leaf from a bud site to get more light. The white specs are diamosicous earth from my sprayer for the gnats. I water when my fabric pot is light and it seems when i water they come back those ba***rds. I got neem oil but im pretty sure im starting to bud so i don't think i will attempt to spray neem oil. I have yellow sticky cards and i catch a few adults.I bought my coco coir from a local hyrdro store and as i opened the bag (not brick form) i started to mix it with perlite i noticed flying fungus gnats coming out of the bag! Live and learn. Thanks again starramus!

Looks like a leaf tear.
But the fungus gnat issues should be dealt with. If they get into the soil they lay eggs and the larva can kill a plant by dining on their roots.

Put out yellow sticky traps for the adults, BTI mosquito dunks in the water cycle for the larva.
You can also get some beneficial nematodes for the larva as well.
Yes, GWE has plenty of information on this subject.
I also put nylon paint strainers on top of my soil to keep adults from laying more eggs.

Many thanks Toker1 i was going to use neem oil but after reading about it i am scared too. I am going to get mosquito dunks and nylon paint strainers. I have the yellow sticky traps up already and noticed maybe 6 or 7 adults over the last 3 weeks

I use organic insect soap mostly for foiler spray. I will use neem on the leaves when I am desperate to get rid of an infestation. Only during the veg cycle though, I never spray during flower. You should never spray your buds with anything for any reason.

SmashGuitar don't do DE sprays or dustings on soil. It doesn't do anything. It should be mixed in with the soil. If not initially, an inch or so mixed with dirt applied to the top of the soil will work. Circulations is also a key.
