Bud Trimmers

No. They are not worth the investment unless you have a huge harvest all the time. I have never used one but from hearing from people that do. They waste a lot of bud in the process. Use good old Fiskars.

Agree with Kingfish. I was gifted one & haven't used it. If I had a room full of huge collas I might. They seriously whack your flowers, waste Trichomes in that they are hard to retrieve from the trimmer. Titanium Fiskars or Edge.

some local hydroponics shops rent bud trimmers. They are not the 11,000 dollars ones but small ones. I don't know anything more about them other than what I read on here! Don't sound like what I want to use.

I just got us a nice new pair of small pointy fiskars. Will be needing in about two weeks. In GWE tutorial wearing gloves is recommended because of all the sticky stuff that is hard to wash off.

So what do you all use to clean your bud trimmers after harvest to keep them in good working condition.

Scrape your scissors then use "Goo Gone" to get the sticky of your hands. Or wait a few of hours and it wears off.

I have one of those I power spin pros. They work good. If you have less then an elbow I would just do it by hand. But more than that and it'll save u hours and hours. They usually still need a little tlc after they are spun but they rough em in pretty good imo

You mean before you trim, to help cut down on the goo sticking in the first place? And yes, I read somewhere about trying to save as much goo as possible to get some nice hash.

Go rub your fingers on some sticky sugar leaves. They should be super sticky. Go get a dab of veg oil and rub it in the sticky spots. Voila!
