Trying to be proactive but about all I have read on bud rot is that it's bad. I have many colas in a small grow space (see photo). The photo is just one section but represents whole plant. I have used toothpicks to seperate some buds that are already touching but this is only week 4 of flower. Will bud rot spread or only affect buds that are touching? I have a 4" fan I direct under canopy to help move air but would it be bad to aim directly at buds? Because she spread so much and I have a small grow box, I don't have room to LST any more. Popcorn buds under canopy are already crowding each other. What else should I be watching to prevent problems? Do I remove small secondary colas this far into flower?

From what I've been reading on various threads, your plant needs a good defoliation. That will help air to circulate better and give those buds some room to grow.

I would agree with Insomiaczzz that now would be a great time to defoliate, and lower humidity. Would you also be able to cut out out any rot you see now to prevent a spread? My outdoor grow this summer started showing rot due to weather issues. Managed to remove what I could find (not always easy!), and got a decent harvest after that.
