Blackberry auto.....from fast buds

Little trim job...she is doing awesome...tied her flat again...I think she looks cool!!....Day 24

Green.....are you approaching this as a as and when defoliating or a kinda hard version where you are really limiting the amount of fan leaves..this grow really interests me on many fronts mate bt especially how some strains of auto`s seem better to handle the LST stress than previous strains were able to. In some ways this is cutting edge growing mate...boom boom!

Thanks dude....I think the reason why I am treating both my autos like photos, is because all the info I read about autos and my buddy growing autos I got kinda pissed at the info that was out there...it just had to be wrong....I see with autos now that you can have to many bud sites with not normal time for them to mature so buds will be big...as with baby tika...she is loaded with nice buds for a mini weed plant...but she is also loaded with alot of small buds that with photo would of had time to mature if you wanted them to before the flip...so with autos I still believe you can manipulate them however you want you will just need to either limit total tops you make or...when it starts to flower you cut all the smaller immature tops out.....so with this blackberry auto I am limiting the tops but still forming the plant I enjoy to see and appreciate...and keeping with my grow style....I don't like pretty plants...they are lazy!!!

So just be mindful of what your goals are for each plant and then just execute it...see it out...

It is all just hearsay till you prove your way....
 
I think you've showed in the past but I don't feel like digging...

What are you using to tie her down? Some kind of candy cane hooks?
 
Good points Green, and all those small buds that get picked off to favor the main colas are really fun to eat and enjoy the light buzz! 😊

Trimmed her up again....she hasn't skipped a beat...tied her down a bit more...got preflowers established...fed her first bloom nutes at full strength...I think she is set up perfect for throwing big budz my way....

She looks tight Green! Two of my autos have had the same little white sprouts for about 5 days now. So those are preflowers? But they will grow into buds? How long til buds start to form when you start seeing this? I've never seen a plant flower before except in pictures but it can't be long now since they are just over a month old.
Hey, how close are you keeping your cfls?
 
Buds will form in every crook of leaves/node/branch
Within a week or two give or take you will notice white hairs in center of all tops...those are your bud sites...

Your girls will start to change dramatically....boom buds

The cfls are within two inches...give take....
