So I did some online research and found nobody using beans for Seed Sprouted Teas. Is there a reason for this? Beans grow incredibly fast and are one of the most bulletproof plants I have ever grown. This lead me to assume that a tea made from the sprouts will be rich and enzymatic for my plants. Well I went and did it this morning. Foliar sprayed and root soaked all of my plants, saplings, and seedlings. I will give it three days and report any positives or negatives. This was a test run so it was 2 cups dried black beans soaked for 14 hours, drained and rinsed. I rinsed and drained 3-5 times a day for three days until I had 1/4 to 1/2 inch sprouts, blended into a paste. Then mixed into 20 gallons of rain water and allowed to aerate for 20 minutes before application.
