I have some seeds that came from a feminized auto plant that was pretty decent. If I plant these it would still be the same strain and auto correct? I just need to watch for the sex correct? Potency could potentially be just as good?

Could be good or could be worse. And each seed will be different from each other. None will be an exact replica of the parent. You won’t really know until you grow it out and test it. That’s the problem with unstable genetics.
