HYDRO Auto white widow XXL - Top or don't top - Seeking advise

Hi all!

I've started my 3rd grow in hydro with dinafem auto white widow xxl seeds (dinafem: comprehensive lifecycle 80 days), which is my 1st using known good genetics.
previous 2 grows were trial runs & research with bagseed to get a feel for the system & what to expect.

short history story:
soaked 24 hrs in water + kelp
germinated in paper towel for 72 hrs
Day 1 - directly planted into clay pebble nets - water only.

additives besides GH flora trio, kelp (seaweed), fulvic acid, voodoo juice, sensizyme, CalMag.

Day 3 - after tending the seedlings, dripped them with water+kelp, first nutrient feed.

Day 10 - drained 3L water. added 2nd batch of nutes. Fine foliar spray on each, 450ml water + 4.5ml Fulvic acid + 1.8ml Seaweed. (5:2 ratio)
Day 11 - turned on small fan for gentle breeze inside tent
Day 17 - drained & replaced 40L water. fresh nutrient feed for 50L water (10L remained after drainage).
Final pH = 5.7 / ppm = 860 .
Temp at seedling: 23.4 C
Ambient RH: 51 %

VPD: 1.09

distance LED to plants = 138cm

Day 25 now for all 4, and they have really grown! and are growing fast (from what i've seen so far) !

My question is: could i top these plants (to manifold) without stunting them much?

pictures attached are for 4 seedlings from planted upto day 10.
next post from day 17 until today.

I would top them if they were mine. The look good and healthy and they seem like they hit their stride in the last 5 days. As long as your conditions remain the same they probably won’t miss a beat from the topping.

And today, day 25

A million variables.... If the goal is to promote side growth, you're already there, topping isn't really going to benefit these plants, they're already building GREAT side nodes. It's all personal preference, but I'd try to manage that side growth by letting the plants go another week and then thin every second side node on the main stem.

I'm used to growing photos, so maybe I'm talking out my ass....you might have less time to build the plant's frame out with an auto.

Day 28....

i've decided to top the 2 fastest growing ones...
1 and 4...

will see what happens :)
