JimmyPapaya You're too kind!! One of the ideas that I got off the Ardent Nova website (that's the decarb machine) was to decarb buds as soon as they are dry. I've done it on the last couple of grows, and I really like the way it turns out, and it stores really well, the aromas are intense and wonderful, and it stays that way (stored in cool dark place). Then it's ready for whatever I want to make, and I think that decarbed bud vaporizes great. It's prolly all in my head, but I think the high is deeper.

I have really fallen in love with concentrates, so I'm making tincture and vape pen juice. I studied up and found out that probably most commercial vape juices are made with proplyne glycol, which is not safe: PG produces formaldehyde when vaporized. So all the expensive liquidizers the cannacapitalists are selling for folks who want to make their own canna juice are also made with PG or Vegetable Glycerin, which isn't good to vape, either. These are both FDA approved substances, but they're used in things like toothpaste, and FDA doesn't know shit about what vaporizing PG or VG might do.

So I'm using MCT, which is "Medium Chain Triglyceride" made from coconut oil, and it makes an absolutely excellent liquidizer to add to oil.

I'm gonna post the concentrate procedure here later this week.

ATU that sounds interesting drying then putting them in the Nova right off before burping them , How do the buds come out of the nova are they still moist
 
OJH, it depends on how dry they are when they go in the Nova. I won't put really wet buds in there.

Decarbing it makes all uses better for me.
 
it does for me too . so I successfully did some rso oil I added about a 1/4 cup of coco oil to it and it came out pretty good I got 7 10 ml syringes out of it and I still have the the original weed I can do a second run or have it at night ,

hears your morning chuckle Buddy is in display mode this morning that means she will open her wings and tail looking for a mate she is ,anyways its quite pretty except shes doing it everywhere on my shoulder so I get a wing to the eye or a tail ,she opened on my chest blocked the computer screen on my arm so I cant type (never could anyways) and shes not stopping this morning ,I hate it when the birds are horny lol
