Am i gonna die with this butter ?

with 9 gr trim i made 50 gr butter but it looked pretty dark to me

if i wanted to try and it is bad anyway, can i get away paralyzed with 1 cookie ?

You won't know until you try it.
I use 1 gram of flower to 1 oz of EverClear. Friends like 5-10 ml. I do 15-30 ml. One friend did 15 ml and it was way too much for him.
Why not try some on a piece of toast? Measure carefully.

No it is the stage just before putting it into fridge. After it is frozen i will take water out.

If you freeze it it's hard to remove water stuff..Just put in fridge...The bottom Yukie stuff scrapes off.
