advise on 2 week old plants

Yes, you need to check your PH and maybe PPM too for the runoff. Something is weird with your leaves....some looked like the tips have been eaten away and others are kind of twisted and weird looking, maybe a bit disclosed too, but growth looks decent of two weeks from seed. If your cat isn't eating the tips off those leaves you need to find out what is_ cuz at this stage you need as many nice healthy leaves as you can get! Most of their growth at this stage depends a lot on photosynthesis and you need good leaves to achieve that. Some strains do have weird twisted leaves when they're young and then grow out of it. Check out the tutorials on the site to help determine if there is a deficiency or nutrient burn going on. If the PH is good then this may be the problem...if you don't have a cat then there may be some type of pest_ insect or maybe animal_ that is chewing your leaves!!!

i was using distilled water nothing could be eating it they are secure could the fox farm ocean forest soil be to much?i am using 2 75w cfls 5400K 18-6 schedule

You will want some light in a few weeks_ more light the better as long as you don't burn them. Still, some of those leaves look like the tips have been eaten or something...they should be pointed, even if there's some nutrient burn....so hope things get better soon! From the pics it looks like some of the leaves are fine and pointed at the ends, then others have been rounded ...almost chewed off_ so I don't really know....maybe some of the other growers or Nebula can help..."all I know is what I know" and I don't know what your issue is_ but best of luck!

FFOF is a pretty hot soil for seedlings. I've had good luck with it in the past but a lot of people complain it's too strong for little ones. It will recover. Next time, get happy frog or light warrior for starting the little ones in and transplant to Ocean forest.
Don't worry about your ph. The OF ph should be fine, it's a well known product. If it's not buffering properly then you could add a couple teaspoons of dolomite lime. But it should be fine as is.
Any real soil in general buffers against ph swings, so it wouldn't be an issue even if you'd been feeding it something way off, which you haven't. Soil grows don't need to check ph so much, as a general rule. Some people sometimes aren't clear on what soil is. Soil is closest to what we call 'dirt'. Sand, compost, clay, worm castings, minerals, etc.
Coco and peat moss mixes are not soil. They are known as soilless. So is perlite, hydroton, rockwool, etc.
Unfortunately another well known feauture of OF is that it burns seedlings, as it's burned yours, which is why the leaf tips are brown. As RN said, FoxFarm makes those other mixes for seedlings. On the bright side, it seems like people's plants do grow through it. By the time they get 4- 6 inches high or so they should be taking off, assuming there aren't other problems. You should have enough nutrient in that soil to carry you pretty much to flowering. Once you start running low you'll see the plant looking paler and hungry.

should i mix some perlite in with the fox farm you also stated that the soil alone should have nutrients threw flowering? i did buy the fox farm trio nutrients so should i dont use that? thanks everyone for the input i also bought a ph reader and its reading 7 for ph temp vs humity its 77 to 80 for temp and humity stays pretty low at 35 sept when lights are off for 6 hours i notice the humity can go up to 66!
Your humidity is fine.
Adding perlite will definitely help make soil better. Fluffier and roots will be happier with more oxygen. Usually about 1/3 perlite.
The nutrients won't take you 'through' flowering, but probably up to flowering depending how big you grow the plant before flowering (Unless it's an auto then you don't have that choice).
OF will have info on the bag and on their website but generally nutrient companies' feeding schedules are all too strong and can be cut in half or 2/3 depending on the strain.
A much better source of info is to Google around and find experienced growers using this soil, there are billions of them. I don't use it personally.
You're not going to hurt your plant by underfeeding it any time soon. You have a month or two to work this out.

ok good do you think there isnt enough light? 2 cfls 75w which adds to 5800K? thanks so much for info
I'm not a cfl grower. In general, aim for at least 50 watts (actual watts not 'equivalent to' bullshit claims) per square foot. You may/probably want more lights as the plants get bigger, just to provide good coverage. I don't know the effective range of your cfls is or if you're talking true wattage or not.

Sorry to pop in like this,but wouldn't growing them in rooters or some other kind of seed starter/rooter give you time for them to grow enough before put in OF ? I can easily grow them in a humidity dome for a week with additive at 1.5EC and they come out perfect!!Then i go straight to 1.8 EC pure Hydroton pots and thats it...
I believe your light is also fine for that size of plants but you will need more later on!Also for you to add perlite to the mix would require repotting your plants,they have grown stressed by the OF EC and Ph (I think 7 is way to high,6.5 or lower would be better?)
