Advice on bus not fattening up

Hi Folks

My first time posting

Can anyone point me in the right direction or give me some advice/remedies

Growing Tangerine dream
Feminised
At the end of week 6 since 12/12 flip
2 x 600w HPS
8X4 room
4 plants
25ltr pots
Ph 5.8-6.0
Rh 45
Temperature 25-28 degrees
Nutes Dutch Pro bloom and explode
PK plant it 9/18
started to add BSM once a week (had 2 lots)
Light's around 16" from tops

Buds just don't seem to be fattening up like previous attempts. Grew earlier in the year and average was 6.3oz dry over 3girls.

Any pointers or advice or knowledge to fatten up the ladies or do I need to be patient - photos below.

Patience is the key ingredient at this point.

To me it looks like your plants are foxtailing which is usually a result of high temperatures. High temperatures would also explain less dense bud development but it sounds like your temperatures are on point.

Have you thoroughly checked for evidence of a hermie? Check the buds to see if you can find any evidence that they’re producing seeds??
