60 minutes, last night did a profile on recreational legalization. I feel they got it all kinds of wrong. they even turned home growing into organized crime, and made sound like we are cooking meth. home growers are the new drug cookers. whole lot of horse shit.

I'm not saying what they showed was wrong, but you can't put that shit on legalization. are there not mothers using every other drug legal, illegal, tabbaco, alcohol, we call them in fit parents. far as the gangs and mob growing weed, they push every drug, and any crime to make money. they got laws for these criminals. thanks for letting me vent. peace
 
They say there are no benefits, I disagree for sure. But they have yet to show the harm, other than their lies and propaganda. I live in the show me state, no legalization yet not even medicall. My mother is fighting stage 4 renal cancer, the only thing dr. Can prescribe legally is the Devils own herion based painkiller, makes you sick just like the chemo, plus turns you into a addict with a prescription. We got over grow the stupidity. Peace people.
 
Yes Jibberjoe, the 60 minutes report has a strongly negative spin, and that's a big shame!! I try to be objective about the cannabis info out there, but that report failed miserably at showing the benefits. Media that allows this unbalanced reporting should be banned! 🌱🌱
 
Watched the story and it definetly slanted negative. The big points were focusing a long time on the "save the children" scare tactic along with organised crime abusing state laws.
The few poitives such as tax revenues and less crime were glossed over. Also when discussing teens testing positive in the hospital, it was stated in a way to associate that the teen went to the hospital because of thc when they never specified if its just part of routine testing to gather data on patients being admitted.
Either way, the timing of this report and the mostly negative slant is probably an attempt to sway votes, especially with the CO governor stating several times he was not in favor of legalization.
 
I don't care what you have to say but weed has many uses and if anyone cared about the earth (most political and economic figure heads don't) but why the fuck are we still fighting over this, we've continued to chop down trees that take hundreds of years to grow full size, and not use cannabis which grows at an substantial rate, if we continue to follow this path we humans have chosen to take, it will be the end of us.

They want to do a show on the real drug pushers, how about doctors! They create drug addicts and they know it! And just keep on writing prescriptions without monitoring the patients and changing it up! Now that would be a show to watch. I think we all know someone who died from prescription drugs.
 
I am a recovering addict, 14 months sober from heron. Capital city of Missouri and meth and herion is everywhere. No joke there are times when weed is harder to get than hard drugs. We are only state with out a prescription regestry database. Of course the law here puts weed, herion, and coca in a schedule 3 controlled substance. Yes I am a registered voter. I feel they let pills get pushed.
 
Did you see the way they were yanking the sugar leaves off the buds??? I guess that is the way commercial growers have to do it to keep manpower costs down. I wouldn't make it a day if they saw how I do it!!! 😄
 
Well said Sonnyhad! I've heard statistics that the fourth leading cause of death in the US is doctors (including medical errors, drug interactions, and hospital infections)! Some day I hope most people will smarten up and realize that cannabis is here to help, not hinder! 🌱🌱🌱
 
And the size of some of the plants shown...OMG, that's some mighty weed! 😊 Makes my autos look like so small 🌱
