3 week and 3 days into flower

My big bang is in week 3 and day 3 of flower. I was wondering if I should pull these type of leaves off.. As in strip it right down?

Hey Jamie, third week is a good time to defoliate, your not gonna hurt a thing, I'd try to take the leaves in the middle of the plant, and those blocking light.
Those outside leaves don't cover up anything, good luck, nice plants Jamie.
