  • over read haha, Know a few out that way as well lol. Honestly doing great roots are coming out bottoms already and aggressively. once i used advance nutrients line the plants got a hell of a lot better and to my surprise just exceeding my expectations. stems on 5 of them have doubled in size and i did carefully bend the stems over which caused each plant to just bulk up in leafs. more nodes formed on the two big ones and stems are pencil thick. have to reboot and ill send a few pics

My marginal understanding is that cannabis likes pH input to be 5.5-6.5
does this change per medium and or nutrients. I have read certain strains like a more or less.
i stay at 6.0-6.1 input and next question- given that what should my waste pH be?

Yes it does change with various medias. Hydro (including coco) should be lower than "soil". Nebula's ph article is pretty comprehensive with the various ranges that nutrients are uptaken by the plant.

I too have heard various strains are more sensitive to ph ranges. My gorilla glue seemed to put out leaves with calcium deficiency symptoms most of flower even after adding cal mag. I finally figured out she likes it in the 5.7 range.

Waste ph is not my forte. I've only grown hydro until now. I'm using a kind soil setup for the next run. I have 6 week olds that need to go into flower asap. In this setup you don't water to runoff (I accidentally did a couple times but not bad). It's tricky but I'm getting the hang of it.

Cheers! I adore you! I mentioned you to my wife, we both wish you and yours a safe upcoming holidays.
    Ha! 2 things:
I only decarb for edibles and tinctures ( although sublingual not edible per se). Otherwise yes the heat in smoking does the Decarb- I was probably unclear. I don't think any reason to decarb a bunch of bud before the shake .
you are welcome anytime to come but I don't have much to knock over!
Part of my "tidy bowl" has to do with 3 dogs who ARE care takers of the "big girls". I've been told no dogs in grow space from someone I admire in his grow. NO CHANCE...dogs work with me so in order to vacuum incescently I can't have a bunch of crap to move around while I do so. Still have dog hair in my bud...BUT the dogs are clean too!
i could come to your space and clean!
    best regards R N :)

Haha, cute puppies! My kitty comes in my tents all the time. I just have so much clutter everywhere. Need to pack up some things. Doesn't help my grow area is a utility/storage room.
Hello wondering if you can help me I'm a beginner grower , planted my seed about 12 weeks ago , just find out about a week ago its female with the white hairs , my plant looks like it's in the flowering stage now but looks a bit big for the pot , is it ok to repot at this stage and should I trim back the leaves ?

A picture is worth a thousand words.

How far into flowering are you? When did you set your lights back? I'm assuming you're growing indoors. What media are you growing in? What size pot?

    Need more info.
