    gonna be a little small for your space. me n you have almost the same cubic feet. for proper flow that s good for your equipment and your plants. take your cubic ft and ×3. that s how much cfm you need to be capable of moving. upwards of 400c'm. not gonna find it in 4 inch. that s a narrow margin between 6 and 8 inch.
    you want the scrubber rated slightly higher. it does not hurt your fans. they are designed to function this way so that you can't force more air through the filter than it can clean.
    for fans I look at warranties not brands. if it's good for 2 or more years I consider it acceptable.5 years is getting fancy, lol.
    the place I go is called hydro4less. no website. call them and tell them you need to move 400 to 600 cfm through 6 inch duct and a carbon scrubber. find out what they have that fits the requirements and ask for a quote on the setup. then go online and compare if you want cuz they will match online prices just show them the page!
    then when you're about ready to order, tell them your budget is pretty tight and maybe theres some wiggle room on that quote... sometimes the prices get flexible, lol.
