Wow, that looks great! I'll take a look!
    Hi Nebula,

Sorry to bother you, but I have two questions that need your expertise. I finally got my new seeds yesterday from Sensible Seeds. I got 5 Wipeout Express from Heavyweight, 3 Trainwreck from Sweet Seeds, 5 White Widow from Spliff Seeds and 5 OG Kush from Sensible's Premium collection. All but the OG Kush are autos. I'm doing 2 Wipeouts, 2 Trainwrecks and 1 White Widow this grow.

First question: Do I feed them from the first watering or just water for the first few feedings?
Second question: In regards to light schedule, can I leave them on 20/4 the entire grow or should I switch to 12/12 once flowering begins?
Thank you for your help. I really appreciate this site. Have a great weekwnd!

"Do I feed them from the first watering or just water for the first few feedings?" In soil you can wait a few weeks while plant uses up what's in the soil, but if you're growing in coco or hydro you want to start giving nutrients from the beginning (because coco and water are inert and don't have any nutrients of their own). Don't forget to test the pH! (http://www.growweedeasy.com/ph)

"In regards to light schedule, can I leave them on 20/4 the entire grow or should I switch to 12/12 once flowering begins?" For the auto-flowering plants, you can give them 20/4 or 18/6 the whole grow. I don't recommend switching to 12/12 with auto-flowering strains. They will still flower on 12/12, but since there's less hours of light each day the buds won't get as big.

I hope that helps! Happy growing!

Just letting you know, I had no more problems. The problem only occurred on that single thread, for me. Till yesterday it would say I was not authorized. Problem has stopped. Thanks for everything.

Thanks for the update! It's actually not just you. It's happened to other growers randomly, too. It's actually not the thread that's broken, it's that the whole system gets overloaded and then just shows an error. But if you refresh after the system has "caught up" then everything works fine.

So we're going to upgrade the system so it can "handle" more load at a time. We didn't expect the forum to get so big so fast, but I guess that's a good problem to have! :)

    Thanks again!

Yes, I'm familiar with that author and I don't recommend that book. In my opinion it's a waste of money. The main "trick" they teach you is called "Schwazzing" and it's effective but simple. I didn't want people to waste $500 on a book so I found out what it was and wrote and article about how to do it :)

    http://www.growweedeasy.com/schwazzing-cannabis

Other than that the book has basic growing information. I feel like you could get the same information in an Ed Rosenthal book for a fraction of the cost!

That's just my opinion, but I do believe there are better ways to spend your money :)

I was sure "Three A Light" is what you have taught us. And three a light is not three times than you. I asked you to check the like although i was sure you taught us to harvest several time than an average grow.

I will definitely read schwaz article of yours as soon as possible.

Thanks a lot for your replying.

Never seen wiser girl than you before. You are much smarter than you seem to be. I did read your previous message several times and each time i was thinking how much smart it can be the writer of sentences of that message!!!

Proud of I was in a course of such a talente grower. Thanks alot. I will take a compressed course of English after i initiate my second grow :)

Some articles of yours need some small editions. You will soon edit them(I'm sure). It truns them from geat articles to EXCELLENT ones.

I know i still have to continue to learn many things but the big difference between what you are trying to teach me is true and what i think it needs to be true is that what you have believed and experienced that HID is better than LED(0.5 gr/watt compare to 0.25 gr/watt) but base on many mathematical reasons i have in my mind, LED must be better than HID at least on the paper (maybe not in the reality yet). i think there already exists some models that are much better than HID if they setup and use correctly in a different environment than HID needs.

I will go fo Phytomax-2 next grow. I'm really interested in challenging myself to put 7k dollars to buy Phytomax and compare them with HIDs.
    Hello Nebula,
    really appreciate your works.!

I am setting up a new grow space.

    size : 2x3x5 feet (30 cfm)
    light : advanced platinum p300
    medium : coco coir
filter : 4x12'' Phresh or equivalent.

i am confused about the inline fan as some says if too powerful it might dry up the water quickly and also decreases too much the temperature and humidity.

stealth is a must in this grow.

which inline fan would be best?

i am planning of using the s&p td-160s, rated at 106 cfm on high and 82 cfm on low?
will it be ok? Or too strong or too weak?

your sincere advice will be highly appreciated.
Thanks for removing that topic. It had run it's course and was the right thing to do. You are doing an outstanding job with this forum! But that dinner table comment between you and Sirius was pretty damn funny! Keep up the good work, we appreciate all you do!
Not sure what's up. Advice 😌

From looking at this picture, I think the roots and stem were too wet for too long, causing the lower part of your stem to get mushy.

In DWC, your water line should be at least two inches below the bottom of the net pot to make sure the stem doesn't sit in too much water. I hope that helps!

    Hi.

I just wanted to say an special tanks. GWE taught me almost everything, full basic at least, in less than 3 months. Next grow i will go for full LED setup. I know they are different than any other types of light techs but i think i can get better result using them. I did many researches these days specially about LEDs.

i have 6 weeks to go till my 1st curing. Every time i look at my girls i think how can i get here without you and GWE!!!

Hi Nebula, can you give me your opinion on storing cured buds in plastic bags and stored in the freezer?
    NebulaHaze
    NebulaHaze
I personally have never done it, but from what I understand you can do it and it makes buds last longer :)
Hi NebulaHaze, I just posted needing help with clones. Please when you have a moment I'd love to have your input. Thank you
Not to be flirtatious, but you're very pretty, for what my opinion is worth. I grow to treat combat-related PTSD. I recall your bio or something saying you grow for medical purposes. I was just curious what you were treating?
hello nebula id like to say thanks for making such a great place with so much great info so thank you have a great day

Thank you! I really appreciate it. We just hope we're helping bring more bud into the world for everyone :)
I just wanted to apologize for the initial defensive rudeness I displayed upon joining your site. I struggle with pretty severe combat-related PTSD, and I have a problem controlling my adrenals when I feel attacked. I promise, I'm not normally an asshole like that, I'm just kinda sick of taking shit and suffering because people don't know how to talk to each other.

Thank you for allowing me the chance to be here, and not banning me immediately.

I use Amsterdam marijuana seeds. I have been ordering from them since the day of their birth 1990 something. I have use PayPal on my last 10 orders. I could use any other credit card and they would not accept it only PayPa I could use any other credit card and they would not accept it only PayPal they would accept. AMS is a great seed company. For me they do it exactl they do exactly what they say they were going to do. The great thing is we have a lot of seed companies that are really good. I use a MS the only company that I will use. Happy growing. Vegdude

Nebula I am a older man and have used a flip phone for 18 years. I now have an iPhone and have taken my pics of my Gardens and my mother plants. When I try to successfully do a download it tells me that it cannot create a download at this time. I would love to send my pics of my Gardens but I'm having some trouble. I will send that contribution in 2 you soon. Vegdude

Hello, thanks for your message! I know the forum can be broken when you try to upload pictures from your phone, we're working on getting that fixed! It's definitely not just you! However, some growers have had better luck switching to Firefox as a browser on their phone. I also know that most people report that you can upload pictures on your computer without a problem. It sounds like you have many great stories to tell, and we're so glad to have you here!
