Your plant never had nute burn. There are no signs of it at all. It looks like it got burned by the light. Either that or a severe splash but it doesn't look like nutrient splash to me it looks like a standard light burn.
Anyway- that doesn't matter now.
Your plant looks fine. It's normal for leaves to yellow down there and she may be a little rootbound but that generally just means watering more often.
I wouldn't transplant.
I'd just carry on/start treating her like a happy flowering plant, not a sick one. She may be a little hungry. Feed as you normally would. It's not normal to have to add extra nitrogen at this point anyway- and if she was really starved for N you'd see a lot more yellowing. Also she looks quite sativa and sativas really don't need N in flowering, even less than indica mixes do.
Are you letting her have a wet to dry cycle - letting the pot dry up now and then as opposed to constant watering?
