what i mean is, it is not a problem it is common across different strains and by the time of harvest some even look like straws, that leaf by itself cannot be considered a problem or a problem, sometimes a perfect plant will trow a couple of twisted leaves once in a while

The edges tipping up is most common if it's hot or dry, so it's odd it's happening when it's cool and humid. I'm not sure a fan would cause that, but it's not outside the realm of possibility Some plants are more sensitive than others to various environments. If you're only seeing it on a few leaves, with no actual marks appearing, I honestly wouldn't worry too much about it.

However, I would try to get your humidity down if possible as 70-80% RH is too high for plants older than seedlings, and it will cause big problems with mold and bud rot in the flowering temperatures since bud rot grows best around 70°F with high humidity!

My next buy i think Im going for one of those heat guns. Get a really accurate reading of what the plants are feeling. So anyways just opened up my intake alittle more. Dropping slow but steady 50 to 60 is desired range if I recall from readings. Its a completely passive in and exhaust Just small clip on fan blowing air around in there. So may have to play with the opening size alittle.

Yes, 50% RH is good for the whole plant's life, though you can keep it lower in the flowering stage, especially the last few weeks, to help produce more trichomes
