I can't tell you anything about harvesting because I'm in the same boat right now. But I did want to give you props for a cool little grow! I had plans of doing mine like that but I couldn't resist adding more lights! Cool to see a single bulb plant make it this far! Good job

Hey thankx. .. I'm amazed by how plant looks . And I swear that you wouldn't believe it how I got it to grow this far. .. trial and error all the way thru. Closet has been closet grown. No fan, no air circulation . Started the veg. With a 13 watt cfl. .. about 1month ago I put the 150watt CFL. Plus I also left the 13 watt going with the bulb lighting up the bottom nuggs... I usedmy own urine dissolved in water for nitrogen( don't judge me) haha for all the veg . Stage.... switched it 12/12. Used super thrive my first feeding. Then started feeding Scotts super bloom...high npk but I tried to dissolved it to the point where I thought NpK was around the number it needed... one feeding then next one just water
... been doing that for I would say maybe 6 weeks. Believe it or not also gave my plant two feedings of whole milk dissolved in water.. just 3 days ago I have it just water, today I have it one more feeding with I'm hoping would be the last one
..starting may I want to start my flush. Sorry if I bored ypu. But I believe it's a great story cause I've grown it not knowing anything about it. And minimum expenses. Maybe I spent 30 bucks In nuts, lights together. That's all , full story of my baby girl.

good story Pdizzle Its hard to tell if the plant is ready with out checking the thrichromes ,I use a hand held micro scope the thrichromes will go from clear to milky then they start turning amber when they are about 30% I start my flush this will give you a great high. when trics are milky is a head high might be racy when they are milky and amber it give both a head high and a body high as well

I don't have microscope but I been using a 100x camera on my fone, trichomes look pretty cloudy. I'm going to finish off the month and starting may ima start my flush . That would be a total of 5.months for this plant .

If you have a seperate place for drying you can harvest the top colas that are ready, lower lights and let lower buds continue to ripen.
    DIY grow space 2.5' X 3.5' X 6.5'
    315 LEC
6" Vortex exhaust fan w/speed control
    6" Carbon filter
    3- 6" fans
    humidifier
    temp and humidity gauge
5 gal smart pots w/ FFOF soil
    FF trio nutrients

I don't have a seperate place to dry but several folks here have done it with good results.
