What is your biggest question about growing cannabis?

Always wondered about this myself. I have gone three grows max with the same soil. My logic is if hydroponic growers can use NO soil at all, what's the difference. As long as you provide the proper nutrients and amend it after every use, why not? At that point it's just a substrate for the plant to put roots into.

I'm now on my fourth grow with the same soil but I did add a bit of new bag to make up for lost volume. They seem to be doing fine

I do reuse my soil if they are indoor plants and add add'l fresh ingredients but i've only used it 2x after that it goes in the garden beds. If your plants don't have issues with it i guess it's OK? Never bring that outdoor soil back inside though FYI one and done with that into the garden beds.

Soil reuse is my question at the moment. For six years I’ve reused old Miracle Grow and added more of it or some Fox Farm to have enough. A hobby grower, I mostly use a 4 X 4 X 6 grow room and 7 gallon fabric pots. My question is, should I chuck all my old soil and start with fresh?

Everything I can find says "the canopy" and the "to much light" pictures shows fan leaves. Still leaves me wondering whether the primary apical cola can withstand greater light.

Is it more important to get 40 DLI on the flowers above the leaf canopy or on the leaf canopy itself?

people are there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week ! Yes ! Personally I have been growing for almost 30 years and only regulars. Rarely feminized and NEVER auto.
I even prefer to do my seeds But my wife's brother has also been growing for 17 years... he knows how to be 100% involved in automatics. It cultivates 24h under 24h with 1200w HPS (I am trying to convert it to LEDs...) Its electric bill is very salty Many plants (chemically tampered with or not) are indoors in a particular area where we create the conditions for OURSELVES. Several parameters play from stress to over-fattening or poor management. Not to mention the origin of the Seeds. Because some Breeders don't mind the chemical side and profitability by selling poor seeds. Some are not even Breeders but just seed dealers buy wholesale... Even if a female can seal it doesn't matter

I have two plants about a foot tall. The new growth has white on the tips of new leaves. I do not have mealy bugs. What would cause this? I use good water and banana fertilizer. Thanks for the info.

I have had 6 out of 7 pop from ILGM but the strain I ran (Super Skunk) has no Skunk 👃 at all. It has a nice sweet smell and is good but not what I was looking for.

Not meaning to go off topic but does anyone know which seed bank has the real skunk with smell included 😂. Not bashing ILGM bit where is the skunky skunk?
