    Too tall?

These two sprouted 4 days ago. They seem to be reaching even though I have my light turned down to 50%... does anybody have any ideas if this is okay?

They do that when they don't have enough light and are stretching up to it. Turn up the light or lower closer.
Don't worry, be happy, grow sticky buds.

Ckbrew nailed the problem - low light. Your seedlings are stretching trying to get more light.
I'd turn up the light power, if your light has a dimmer switch. If no dimmer, you'll need to lower your light or raise the seedlings closer to it.
    Best to do it now.

Crank the power up to 100% today. I have my blower fan circulating air across them so that they will have stiff bases.. my exhaust fan is pulling a vacuum on the 10th which is awesome.. thank you for everything y'all

I would try 75% first, then if they are still stretching after a couple of days crank it up more. When you transplant you can bury the stem all the way to the cotyldems.

Thank you so much for that. I had no idea that I could do that I could do that.. so it won't hurt it to bury it with about a half inch of the two top leaves sticking up out of the cocoa perilite mix??

Yes if you bury the stem new roots will grow out of it in a couple of weeks. Like a rooting clone.

When I started back growing I had a couple do the same thing, but they fell and broke. After that I would mound up soil around them for more support or loosely tie them to a support stick until they get well established.
        8'x12' indoor/outdoor grow room
        3'x5 dark room
        2x12" exhaust fans
        30"x36" intake filter
        3x180w 4' led lights
        std.potting soil w perlite added
        Fox farm trio,cal/mag etc.

I went thru same thing, bury them deeper, more light, some breeze to strenghten the stems
