    Plant stress

I've been growing for about 8 yr. I just got two used LED lights Fluence SPYDR 2i the manual says at 100% they produce 1700 umol/sq m and mounting height is 6-12", At 18" 82% I think I'm getting plant stress. Would any one have an idea how heigh I should be?

Not familiar with those lights but can you dim them until the plants start to recover? You can also download the photon app to measure light intensity and DLI with your phone.

Very few LED’s are safe 6-12” from canopy. A general good rule to go by is 28-36” during veg and 18-24” during flower then adjust depending on how the plants react
