Seedl in a tent with one in late flowering? Black mold seedl? Am i doing things right

I got confused and planted the seeds too early. Now i have a flower which i think im gonna cut down in no less than a week. The light is on 100%, its too much for the seedlings. What could i use to protect them from the light? The tent is 70x70x160cm. Its cold in my home except the tent, thats why i only want to put them there.

And i have another problem. One of the seedlings got mold which happens sometimes and is fine. But this time its got some black in it so i took it out immediately and put the other seedlings on a different saucer.

When i plant seeds, i usually put them in soil plugs that are sprayed with distilled water, put the soil plugs in a pot saucer, put thin see-through plastic cups sprayed with water on each plug and put something on the bottom for air circulation. Then put the saucer in the tent with a heating pad set on 21C with the probe right on it, low light % on 16/8, put the ventilation on, humidifier on 50% and spray the plugs 2-3 times a day to keep them moist. Once they sprout and show roots, i put them in fabric pots and remove the cups after a few days. Am i doing this right?

So about that black mold. The humidifier wasnt used because of the flowering one. I removed the other seedlings and the flower with everything from the tent, put them in a clean spot, then i cleaned the tent with vinegar then water and the cups and saucers with some antibacterial cleaner, it smelled like it has bleach in it. Then i put the healthy plants back. I put a piece of toilet paper on top of the cups to shield the seedlings from the light a little. The moldy ones leaves are stuck to the soil and the stem broke in the middle, but its still like intact. I put a little bit of cinnamon on it and put it in another room without a cup. Is it worth saving? What can i do?

Hello RandomGuy You have a lot going on. "What could I do to protect them from the light?" If you cannot dim your light raise it up. Raise it as high as you can if you have to.

"And i have another problem. One of the seedlings got mold which happens sometimes and is fine" Any kind of mold is bad. You need to locate the source of the mold or the conditions that are are causing it.

Your germination process is complicated. Take a look at this link. If you can get a seed to sprout you did something 'right', but that's only part of the equation. You want consistency and simplicity when you germinate.

Can you post a pic of the mold and the moldy plant?

What are your growing conditions? Temps with lights on? and lights off? Grow medium? Nutrients? Light? Brand and model number? Do you PH your watering solution? What is the average RH in your grow tent? Do you have a hygrometer?

        Hey, Random.
I think you are trying too hard - have read up, got grow good equipment - then get overwhelmed.
golfnrl has it fairly accurate. I toss in a couple more ideas from your post.
        1. Never cover freshly sprouted seeds with a plastic greenhouse cover. You are inviting "dampening off".
I lost eight perfectly good seedlings the one time I tried this, an expensive lesson. I also live in a dry, 10%- 20% RH. New seedlings FLAT OUT don't need the extra RH.
        2. Get a sunscreen for your light.

It sounds like it is too powerful for your tent without a dimmer (assuming you bought one without a dimmer).
