I got confused and planted the seeds too early. Now i have a flower which i think im gonna cut down in no less than a week. The light is on 100%, its too much for the seedlings. What could i use to protect them from the light? The tent is 70x70x160cm. Its cold in my home except the tent, thats why i only want to put them there.
And i have another problem. One of the seedlings got mold which happens sometimes and is fine. But this time its got some black in it so i took it out immediately and put the other seedlings on a different saucer.
When i plant seeds, i usually put them in soil plugs that are sprayed with distilled water, put the soil plugs in a pot saucer, put thin see-through plastic cups sprayed with water on each plug and put something on the bottom for air circulation. Then put the saucer in the tent with a heating pad set on 21C with the probe right on it, low light % on 16/8, put the ventilation on, humidifier on 50% and spray the plugs 2-3 times a day to keep them moist. Once they sprout and show roots, i put them in fabric pots and remove the cups after a few days. Am i doing this right?
So about that black mold. The humidifier wasnt used because of the flowering one. I removed the other seedlings and the flower with everything from the tent, put them in a clean spot, then i cleaned the tent with vinegar then water and the cups and saucers with some antibacterial cleaner, it smelled like it has bleach in it. Then i put the healthy plants back. I put a piece of toilet paper on top of the cups to shield the seedlings from the light a little. The moldy ones leaves are stuck to the soil and the stem broke in the middle, but its still like intact. I put a little bit of cinnamon on it and put it in another room without a cup. Is it worth saving? What can i do?
