I planted 2 Gorilla Glue #4 & a blue amnesia all autos,from herbies head shop,growing under a tsl2000 light schedule is 18 on 6 off in organic living soil “grow dirt”it has been 70 days and no sign of bud formation,what am I doing wrong?

Could be you don't have autos.
Flip to 12/12 and see what happens.

They're not auto flowers, switch your lights to flower

Check your height before you flip. They could double in height after you flip to 12/12 so you may want to cut them back a lot and then flip
