    New stinky grow

A couple of weeks ago I started an indoor grow, aiming for stink with mephisto creme de la chem, forum stomper, mango smile x (CDLC x Skywalker) (a freebie), and my own cross of Aunt Ginny elixir x (red CBD x orange Skittles). All should be autoflowers. Unfortunately the forum stomper didn't pop and neither did the second and last one, so I'm still deciding what to dob about that...

Anyway this isn't so much about the grow as about an idea I've had. I love composting, I have a big bin for all my kitchen and garden waste and the outdoor garden, three worm bins for more precious stuff (weed and some uhhhh cactuses), and a KNF liquid bin but I just ordered and have been using bokashi in the bucket that I fill up before tossing it in my garden bin.

The bokashi can, apparently, be used for anaerobic composting and you can even draw the liquid off for a fertilizer. "Holy shits," I says to myself, "why don't I feed my flower with flower?"

You see, I have more weed that I need because I like growing way more than smoking and few of my friends smoke. I give a lot away, mostly to folks who are homelessv and day laborers at the hardware store, but I still have too much.

I also thought, what if I give the plants tons of terpene and flavonoid precursors during flower?

So I started this bokashi compost using tons of plants high in those things and out in my garden or from my day to day, including: coffee, onions, garlic, rosemary, mint, oregano, and lots of hops and a could of ounces of old weed and new trimmings. I layered these with bokashi. The goal is to have these break down into a liquid culture chock full of the nutrients that flowering weed needs, plus terpenes and flavonoids and their precursors, to make the stinkiest smelliest weed known to humans.

Why is gwe photo upload so stupidly difficult?

This will be an interesting experiment. You might be onto the next organic breakthrough.

Interesting idea. Bokashi can get pretty strong, so you might want to dilute the liquid a bit before feeding. Curious to see if recycling terp-heavy plants back in actually affects your buds’ terp profile.

I've used bokashi bran in my soil grow, but I never tried to make compost with it, keep us posted on this, I'll definitely be checking back in
