So my T20 earlies finished up, well, early! However it did not stop the bud rot 😞. Both were finished up this weekend but after I started trimming fans I noticed the brown rot on the main colas. It was a stupid rainy summer and while it was nice to not have to hand water them often, I knew bud rot was likely. The freaks are still going, I’ll keep my fingers crossed but not banking on any outdoor harvest this year. I may try to grow all of these on one of my next indoor runs just so I can try the smoke. Anyway, I hope you all are doing well! ✌️&💚

      That sucks
I love the idea of outdoor but it is punishing sometimes to be at the mercy of the weather.
I’m kind of glad I don’t have good sun at home or I probably be unable to stop myself from growing outside

That does suck. The sun is the best light but everything else that goes with it is counterproductive. If there only was a way to use the natural sunlight indoors. Maybe solar collectors that direct the light through the roof.

Tokin on summer lemons now. Keep the freaks aired out.

Yeah thanks y’all, I always know it’s a possibility here since avg humidity (except for Jan/Feb) is 65% and night time is always 90%+ so the morning dew is what does it. Also since they are kinda tucked away they don’t get enough air flow and direct sun to burn that all off. To your point Smallgrow I know it’s an issue every year but I always try 😂. Nothing ventured nothing gained. And those freak buds are stacking. I’ll get some pics up soon. ✌️

keep planting them beans. its a hassle growing outside where you are not there all the time and that 40+ hour a week job that feeds you gets in the way. Leprechauns dont have those issues.

Lol love the outlook Mr. Dirty! F those leprechauns!

Well the leprechauns got me too. Bud rot showed on the early frost. Had to pull it about 2 weeks early. She had all cloudy trics but only amber on the sugar leaves. Lost about 1/3 of her. Still got 10 oz. Anything even slightly susect was tossed. This damn humid summer in July and half of August got it. Summer lemon is still ok for now but she's still 6 weeks out. So disappointed.

Raining here now,TN. Very wet summer. Had a stretch of about 20 days dry then back into the rain and high humidity with 90 temps. Out doors grows get taxed by mother nature or troubled by leprechauns and the rest is yours to smoke. Wheres me pipe, ill smoke that shit.

We got the same forearm scar.

Thats just a roofed outdoor porch. Still works unless the wind is crazy.

Get ready, it's headed north east

Summer Lemon is getting her fall color. Trics say she's ready, still a few too many white pistils. No bud rot yet but WPM is getting a little more aggressive. Probably another week if I can keep her dry. Dew's a bitch.

the buds will start to turn pink and then produce alot more triks. Colorful cultivar, reminds me of the taste and smell of G2F's scarlet sunset.

OK first off please forgive me for anything I have done wrong so far, there have been many in my eyes. Fox Farms Nutrients (BB, GB & TB along with KelpMe, Cal-Mag), 2x2x6 tent, ACI 2x2 LED Board. First time growing anything but an Autoflower and was lucky enough to get in on this deal to test the different plant varieties. Planted 2 sprouts on 8-15-25 into a 5 Gal ACI fabric pot with Coco-Loco and used Coco-Loco. First mistake not realizing too little dirt and not finding out until I had to plant the sprouts. Have had good luck so far with watering and nutrients except for a little wind burn due to my 6" osc. fan being in the way of their upward growth over two unsupervised days. I have been doing some defoliating but think I need more to open the canopy for better bud growth I believe I have topped her at node 5 of 6 as a first test run of topping, when in the 2-3 week start. I guess my first question is when do you start tracking the growth weeks, i.e.: from the planting of the sprouts or after they have X# of nodes or once serrated leaves start to form? I have always used once I see the sprout has its first leaves. I just switched to 12-12 on start off what I call week 8 (day 52 from sprout planting). and looking forward to my test results but any suggestions are welcome. So far my testing is making rethink Autos ever again since I've always had bad luck except for my first time grow from my scammers. TYIA.

I start to count the days when I turn the light on for the sprout. Once I see the cotyledon leaves and the light goes on, the count starts. For the flower period I start the count the day I make the flip to the flower light schedule.

whats up, i usually run diff. counts in my head. like i'll count how many days from when i 1st put the seed in the shot-glass to how many days b-4 it pops outta the ground. then how many days from the 1st set of true leaves. i think everyone does it diff. but my ocd makes me count everything. next yr. i will write EVERYTHING down.

I count words and phrases. I don't like loose ends, so I count words and/or phrases until I reach a round number, lol.

          I'm terrible at taking notes.
