Looking great. I keep mine trained down until the first full week of flower. Usually about day 30 or so. Then let them go up. I keep the ties on through the grow unless they get in the way. LST is the way to go for autos. And not transplanting.

IF one is very careful to not damage the roots they can be transplanted, I aint that good.

I cut the bottom out of small planter cups and down the sides and re tape with paper tape before I put in the substrate and seedling. After germination I wet it down good to keep all the substrate together when I take it apart to transplant. Works fairly well. I tend to drown seedlings in 3 or 5 gallon pots every time!! If I could just buy clones already past this stage I surely would. Prohibition sux asre

You'll drown the clones Dirty. They take weeks to grow new roots to take up water....ages and ages.

My clones once transplanted into coco with 3 feet of roots, 1 water in a 7.5gal does it for weeks in plastic pots.

Here is the only way that I have been close to being successfully able to get a Auto Flower to transplant without stunting its root system. Its all been take away's from asking questions here on the forum, thanks to all !!! pic 1-7
-----The only beans (autos) I have been successful at come from the Pollen Chucker Going2fast. This run I have did alot of first to Scarlet Runts. I usually only do one auto at a time while the others veg out. The other two are Orange Skizzles S1 from Franklin . First time at a S1 ---- Scarlet Sunshine S1 will go through the same regiment. All have been transplanted twice. The OZS1 are Photo period so far. Was hoping for a Auto. Trying to mainline one of the OZS1, its taking so far. 30 days so far so good.

They are looking great! Thanks for sharing the transfer tip! I’ve been thinking about something similar.

Looking really good. I grow photos and manifold so I'm don't have a lot of experience with autos, and that was in the early days of autos; but this totally makes sense. Your manifolding of sorts for auto's lol. I like this idea. Plant training and transplanting difficulties along with yields have always held me back from autos. Do you find by layig them over you can break some of the dominance out of it, like you can with clones. I'm curious to see the gains with this. Keep up the nice work

This is how I Transplant an Auto Flower. My first attempt at leaning one over. It sure does make for short spaces in between nodes.

Spacing has nothing to do with the lean, boy-o.

Scarlet Runts is starting to flower at 45 days. Released all the hold downs. The OZS1 PP are doing real well. The one with the half assed monster cropped has alot going on. Defoled it twice. Going to run out of room this run. Got 2 Scarlet Sunset that are coming on fast. Last pic back 2

Looking great! That tip burn isn’t that bad and to be honest I’d rather burn them a bit and underfed them ya know? I’m pushing mine a bit with an earlier than recommended feeding. Should be easy street from here out with the autos!

Well I knew this one might be weird with the auto x photo cross and selfing. Maybe it's like a very late blooming autoflower? That would be pretty cool

Got autos from Going2fast in the tent with the OZS1. Would going to 14/10 light Schedule do anything detrimental to either??
