Hybrid Ruderalis strain? I know from Ruderalis. But hybrid with Sativa or Indica. That can help you figure trichome gingerness.

I just saved that description because it's the most vague uninformative piece of bullshit I've ever seen. Your girl is super foxtailing and overfed. Probably too much light also.

Oh, it's not that I don't believe you Vaderbuds. Just the information that get's put out.
I'll believe more when breeders put out more grow information instead of just harvest. That information says up to 600g/m2 and up to 1.5m tall. Prove it. Not you, them.
Or I'm so way behind on what breeders are doing these days that I am actually 38% ass!
      C'mon, mule!

Lol I know right. Hey I harvested 2 plants already way early cause they blew over in a storm and I'd have to say it gets you blasted. Can't wait to try this one out in a few months if this thing will ever stop growing.

What I mean is, you don't want to press fresh bud unless you intend on making super nasty shit that may make you quit smoking weed altogether. Pressing is for (by whatever means) dried bud and trichomes.
Unless you know different. But I stand by my comment.

Breeders guides are just that, guides. 38%? the key I guess is 'up to'. How convenient. The trichomes rule the day. If you have cloudy trichomes and clear ones, what's the ratio of cloudy to clear? 70-90% ??

I had an auto that didn't produce pistils at all but it did produce trichomes. It looked weird but it smokes OK. If it were me I wouldn't concern myself with the production of new pistils and that the plant was still growing, when the trichs say chop, that's when you do it. And you decide when the trichs are right, not anyone else. I'd give it a bit.

Weird things happen with autos I think because of the genetic manipulation. I just chopped an auto that didn't grow more than 12" tall and about that wide at the top. That plant produced such thick foliage and leaves at a rate I couldn't keep up with. I defoled it three times in it's short life (3-4 months) trying to get some air moving through it, but gave up and let it grow to it's heart content. I did not wet trim and dried the whole plant for about three weeks and jarred it up yesterday. 6 mason jars.

Trichromes are 75% cloudy. Looks really frosty but still not ripe. Yea I'm gonna give it a bit. Buds are huge for an Auto so I guess I'm doing good. I usually do chop the whole plant but with all the new buds on bottom I might stagger harvest. One I harvested outdoors the little popcorn buds are fire so probably will just chop the whole thing.

Bottom popcorn buds can be surprisingly great!

I've got a dozen or so buds quite a bit larger than popcorn, maybe 2 to 5 grams each hanging low about a foot off the floor this grow, they are not getting much light but have frosted up nicely even though the top buds are 6 foot higher and getting all the light.

They should be pretty good and might surprise me with a bit of greatness if I'm fortunate and all goes well with the dry & cure.

Good luck on your cure. I used grove bags this last harvest and after 1 month it was cured perfect.

I'm an old school mason jar curer. They've served me well now for over 35 years.

I love cracking and burping jars on a high quality grow. The smell and aroma is addictive. It's amazing when you nail it.

Jars work fine but wow the grove bags are fast and you set it and forget it. I can't go back now.
