I've got a couple of plants (both GSC) that don't want to support new bud growth. The branches seem to be narrower than usual.
Currently I have a spiderweb network of jute trying to hold up what I can. My question is; do you think I'm lacking something in my
living soil that provides healthier branch growth? The main stalk is fat and healthy but many of the primary branches are spindly with
very heavy bud growth. Both plants are about 5 foot and in 25 gallon fabric containers. Both of the plants surprised me with early
budding and so far none of my others are nearly as far along. Any ideas?

What you have is a case of genetics. A couple grows ago I had all my yoyos yoyoing as well as extra strings. Thin stems were unable to support even the smallest of the nugs. Haven't had much need to use the yoyos for support in the past.
    There is no cure.
    C'mon, mule!

I have had this problem more than once outdoors and also indoors.
I've been growing the same sativas for years and I put it down to lack of light (too much shade time when outdoors) and poor ventilation.

Measure how much direct sunlight they are getting and try and increase it if it isnt most of the day.
