The red CBD x AK47 auto ground up with either SD crosses I grew is a brilliant smoke. Relaxing of body yet stimulating of mind. The SD's on their own are a bit racey and peaky, a fast strong high. Mixed just fantastic. Balanced!
      Flower Room: 11' x 7' x 7.5'H, 480w AC, 13gal/day dehumidifier, 1.5gal ultrasonic humidifier, 60gal (27gal usable) nute tank, 16" pedestal fan & 18" wall fan. Lighting and climate automated. Hand watering.
Veg Cupboards: Two 4x2x6H cupboards. SF2000 Evo in one SF7000 in other. Climate controlled and automated. Hand watering
Aeroponics Low Pressure Bucket: 20W LED. 5 clones & 20W LED 11 clones
Lights: Mars Hydro FC-E1200W, SF-7000, SF-2000 evo in flower room.
Medium: Coco/perlite, 7.2gal pots, no drains
Current Grow: 5 x Photos Franklin's Orange Zkittles x Sour Diesel in flower room, 3 Franklin's White Widow x Sour Diesel Clones, 13 x Orange ZkittleZ x Sour Diesel clones in Aeroponics buckets x 2.

Well... I thought there would be some bumps in the road and there are. First, the Honey Peach ended up just being pathetic and small. I culled it. No big loss, I thought, now I just have one plant I'm reversing and so there is not a chance to mix up pollen and I know I'm clean.
But then there was a bigger challenge. As you may have seen on my other post on this site, the plant I was reversing never reversed. I probably stared the STS spray too late, I started at 3 weeks exactly but I had been out of town and so when I began there were already several flowers on the plant. However in the meantime I planted about 12 different varieties, many using Gingerbeards Battle Royale style but a few using the last seeds I had left of some of my favorite crosses in the past. I was hoping to preserve some of these genetics but now I may just be blowing through some plants. Sad days.
However! If any of you have any Auto pollen (ideally, Auto high CBD and/or lower THC (5-15%) pollen that you'd be willing to share I'd greatly appreciate it. Here's how things look:

I have a few fresh seeds from your WW x SD & perhaps your OZ x SD that were a quite minor late stage hermie but nothing of the RED CBD x AK47 auto unfortunately so only high THC strains.

I think I grew all your CBD x auto seeds. I do have a CBD only seed or two here from you also if you need them. PM me if I can help.

Also called 'cannabis deathmatch' and 'divine intervention.'
Of course, if you go with divine intervention, you are essentially calling yourself God.
Isn't pollen something you can buy online? Donations are better, but online is available.
        C'mon, mule!

Hey kids, been awhile since I've done any updates. As you know, I culled the peach, well I also culled the canna cheese at it was not putting out any male parts. I've decided to just reverse a Aunt Ginny's Elixer female that I planted concurrently. Just to be extra careful, I am going to use good ol' colloidial silver on this one as I know that works. Its too bad my STS experiment didn't work out but them's the breaks.

I've got two tents going, the bigger one with plants I know are autos, the other jammed with a bunch of my orange zkittles in the hopes of finding an auto in there. The zkittles are in little pots, just waiting for some female demonstration so I can up pot them. I also have a Sour Froyo from a buddy from a different forum in there, multiple seed failures until I found one that sprouted so it's quite small. The OZs aren't looking great because of their small pots probably. I also have an Aunt Ginny's elixer in there in the front left, it's squat and stunted because I transplanted it as a loser of Gingerbeard s Battle Royale on a whim when I realized I would have room for two more. Next to that I have a canna cheese that I planted late when I realized I would have room for two more. It's looking pretty good.

The bigger tent has, back to front, left to right: Scarlett grapes Going2fast, Sweet Seeds Honey Peach CBD, Mephisto Hubbabubbasmellascope x Forum Stomper freebie, my Red CBD x Orange Zkittles cross (hopefully an auto, not sure), Mephisto Aunt Ginny's Elixer (in the center, trying to reverse), Going2fast Bloody Sunset (small because the first seed didn't pop), Going2fast Pound Cake, my Red CBD x AK, and Blowdout2269 Emerald Fire OG self. All of these plants are in 7 gallon pots and feeling and looking pretty happy. They're at 20 days now and some are showing the tiniest pistils, should be entering the stretch within the next couple of weeks. I topped all of them so they would have four and only four branches, trying to keep them relatively squat and maintained without a lot of LST.

Wondering where you went to Pollen Chucker, Oh sorry Plant Pimp. I got a OZ S1 going now. Its showing promise. Suppose to be 25% auto. Beans germed well. The Last OZ I harvested is still fantastic at 6 plus months old. Stored properly.

I should hope so. I cure almost that long. 2+ years audit should be as good as at 6 months. 4+ freezing is recommended.

Not able to update as much as I'd like, but a lot happens in two weeks.

First, none of the OZ seeds were autoflower, and neither was the Auto Red CBD x AK. I guess I don't really understand auto genetics like I thought, or maybe I was just unlucky. Anyway, I've culled all of the OZs save 1 which I finally uppotted today, and moved the red x AK to the small tent, which I will switch to 12/12 in just a few days to give the OZ time to adjust.

Second, I think the reversing of the Aunt Ginny's Elixer (AGE) is going well. I don't see nards yet but the buds look very different than the females.

Third, it is absolutely remarkable what happens when you transplant shock an autoflower. My advice is never to up-pot autos. As I mentioned, I had battle royale'd two AGEs, and instead of killing one I moved it to a larger pot, exposing it's tiny little root. That plant is now flowering rinky dink runt town (started flowering before all of the others). I'll be lucky to get a couple of grams off of it. Meanwhile, the other AGE is going strong. I also up-potted the Sour Froyo and it's looking sad and stunted, too. All of the other plants (save the OZ) were seeded in their original and final pots and they're all going strong.

The small tent--see the rinky dink AGE on the upper left and the Sour Froyo on the lower right. Upper right is the red AK, which I also pruned wa back to keep it in control. Lower left is the OZ.

            Oh that's a shame.

The RED AK you sent me were real winners and auto'd under 18hrs of light all at the same time and were good producers of some exceptional bud. That strain was great.

I like to lollipop but don't go overboard. I only remove about the bottom ⅓ to half if I can be bothered. I leave on heaps of leaf so much so I struggled with a bit higher than I wanted humidity last grow, so if your RH is too high trim, if not I wouldn't bother much.

A lot of the classic strains 70 ish are low to medium THC and keep in mind just because they state a strain has 17.5 % THC does not mean it will..Hell it could be 15 % or lower..

          Another nice project Franklin...

70s and early to mid 80s 5% THC give or take was the norm around here.

From memory, which given my hobby is not the best, shit got real with stuff like AK47 and skunk off shoots that had huge amounts of THC, 3 to 4 times what we were used to. A lot of stuff was so strong many considered it undesirable eg. anxiety, paranoia, hallucinations. Weed seemed to lose its balance and some of it became something else altogether.

Hydro indoor and weed specific nutes really allowed for an explosion of experiments and a lot went on to chase knock-out strains. Eg ak47 and a whole heap of skunk varieties.

I have no idea why the price of weed, medicinal anyways, is directly linked to THC levels. An unbalanced super high THC strain is not a good experience for most users but it's led to this grey testing area that is mostly just misleading and a misrepresentation. Test results in a lab don't equate to what you get or user experience and mostly not indicative of THC levels either.

Alright I double checked, the red AK was actually a red AK x OZ cross I made, so that's why it isn't an auto. I suspect if I cross again with an auto, as I'm doing, it may lock in these auto genetics but will also at this point be a bit of genetics soup.

            #25
The way i understand is you cross an auto with a photo 100% will be fast photos. Cross two of these with each other and you will get 25% auto, 25% photos and 50% fast photo. Pick 2 autos and cross them now you have 100% auto. I'm currently at stage 3 with a few experiments.

Yeah that's what I did so I thought 25 percent would be autos. I planted six and none of them were auto so the probability was high but obviously not 100 percent

Well kids, these photos are a week old at this point. I've been pretty busy and unable to keep up with posting. Things are going really well in the garden. The male is beginning to burst, the combination of STS plus colloidal silver really did it this time. I just hope things aren't too late for the seeds to form by the time the plants are withering. One thing beginning to happen is i'm starting to get the yellowing and off color looks that my indoor flowers ALWAYS seem to give me at this point in flowering. I had my soil tested at the beginning of the run and it was off the charts for NPK so I thought I could make it through, but these are only 5 or 7 gallon pots so I think I might need to throw some organic supplements down and rinse them in with some compost tea.

Here's Mr. Aunt Ginny's Elixer, forming some balls:

Left to right, Scarlett Grapes from Going2fast via Blowdout2269 , Sweet Seeds Honey Peach CBD, Mephisto Hubbabubbasmellascope x Forum Stomper. The Scarlett Grapes is by FAR the winner so far in all of the nine plants, it has the fattest, juiciest, and frostiest buds. Still have many weeks to go but I continue to be so impressed by this strain.

You may be ok looking at the age of the buds. Be sure to save some pollen in the freezer for future endeavors. I sift the pollen into silicon containers and store them in pint jars full of baked rice. Stays good that way for a few years.

Man, that’s a lot going on with your grow—respect for taking it all on and sharing how it’s going. Messing around with genetics like that is next-level. I feel you on the CBD strains. Too much THC can be a bit much for me too, so I’ve been sticking with thca vape stuff lately. It’s way more chill, and I can enjoy it without feeling like I’m totally out of it.

                happy thanksgiving everyone

These photos are about a half week old at this point. Really fascinating stuff happened--the the male pollen opened, the flowering room went from mostly white pistils to nearly completely red/orange practically overnight (took about two days). When the pollen hits a pistil, the pistil shrivels and browns, so I think I've got some pretty amazing coverage. The Scarlet Grapes continues to be the winner but the Honey peach is looking pretty great as well, big fat buds but not as much resin as the grapes.

Photos show 1) the male (I chopped all male buds, am drying for pollen collection), 2) a bud with some seeds forming, 3) all the ladies in one of the tents, 4) Scarlet Grapes, 5) Pound Cake, 6) Honey Peach, 7) don't remember.
