Thank you Bluey! I appreciate the feedback. I definitely have that tent too packed 5 plants. I have three fans going in there, but with my nervousness to do any major defoliation since they are autos. AndI may have lost sight of defoliation’s critical importance. Oi! You may have just saved my ass bluey!

Welp we learn as we grow. Late in the stage you plants are in, you could wack some bottom larfy leaf an bud sites. Beings that the light won't reach down in there. I'm gonna be in a pickle also but i got more confindent as a grower and remove sometimes too much LOL but i'm better now i try not to touch them until they are way into flowering. You'll get it

Thank you SoOrbudgal. I appreciate you. I will get it dagblammit! If its the last thing I do. LOL. But yeah, after Bluey mentioned it (and I had my epiphany) I immediately stayed up until 1am trimming off some of those big fan leaves, larfy buds, and getting better airflow through the colas. Those colas are getting fat and tight so I figure even if I have chop early (which I highly doubt I have to do) I’ll get some decent smoke.
I realized I fell in love with the way were looking and not paying attention to their basic needs. Yep, I won’t forget this. I feel like I need to start a photo grow since they are apparently more forgiving on the defol hacking. Anyway, thanks again, I’m learning for sure.

The ones near your fan and humidifier are looking a bit rough. No way to move them outside of the tent and pump it in? I would be concerned with bud rot or mold. especially when the lights go out and that hour after where humidity shoots way up while heat drops. Perfect mushroom growing climate. Also you can see the heat stress on the plant nearest to the heater. You're gonna vaporize your terps before you have a chance to smoke them. The left side is looking nice. I bet it's smelling GREAT in there. My tangie just started flowering and she already has orange terps. It's looking like you're going to be happy at the end of this grow!

Dagblammit! Thank goodness I’m in good spirits these days. Much to learn! No3odiesShad0w, I know, I know I think I loved them a little too much. I have so much to reflect on. It’s been a fun grow for the most part and they definitely got away from me. I’ll nuture em and should get some decent smoke, but I really struggled with ph fluctuates and definitely now learned don’t even go 2/3 strength with FFOF with autos. You all have been tremendously helpful and straight up throughout this adventure…

ID:	617332 I know it's only two days since my last post

Week 10 Day 7 (entering week 7 of flower)
        Daytime:
        Temp 77
        RH 49
        VPD 1.55
        DLI 45
        PPFD 1100
        LED Power 80
        LED Distance 20-24

        Night time:
        Temp 73
        RH 53
        VPD 1.24

        PH 5.3-5.8 and climbing

7.2 Cal Mag'd water only from here on out (there's enough hot nutes in that soil that seems to be my main culprit. Even at 7.2 I'll get a 4.3 after watering)

Tangie (T1) is still behind but seems to be pretty healthy and happy
T2 is got some nice purples on the fringes (hopefully not some crazy deficiency)
T3 my problem child who hasn't handled my fuckups well, but I'll smoke her still
T4 (3 gal) has some pointy colas
T5 (also 3 gal) is the maturist of the bunch

Here's a couple of unaltered shots (although iphone in general is questionable)

C'mon week eleven! Let's keep these babies (un)stable and able! Click image for larger version Name:	IMG_5029.jpg Views:	0 Size:	5.52 MB ID:	617328

The low pH is probably from the Fox Farm soil. I was having acidity issues no matter what I did so I stopped using it as my main soil and only use it as a starter soil (happy frog not ocean forest). Ever since I switched, I haven't had issues with acidity.
Sounds exactly like my issue. I would put in 8.0 water and I get 4.5 coming out. I haven't checked runoff for the last 3 grows now. Coots Soil mix FTW 👍

My tangie is starting to grow some REALLY big flowers. She's on day 53... If the flowering time is correct then she's got 16 days left? I bet you it's gonna be 90 days. IDK how these breeders be getting seed to harvest in 70 days and it's all huge and sticky.... Like shit she didn't start blooming until day 40 and buy she's supposed to be ready in 16 days.... Like the GSC 74 days but mine took 104 days.. Are the flowering times correct on autos? I know it says from seed to harvest but it seems like they don't count the veg period.

Total artistic license. I’m at 81 days and my T1 plant will go 100+ for sure. My others look like they’ll be ready any day. FastBuds website has numbers all over the board for Tangie if you dig in.
This is their article I followed as a general rule, and it seems about right for me…with the exception of my T1.

It's what makes it so hard to plan with autos. When a photo periods says 64 days. It's gonna be right in that ballpark. Not potentially a month more past the due date. Autos are def a cool novelty but they still haven't gotten to the potential of a photo or reg seed.

Ya those estimates are pretty optimistic. The two or three times I’ve grown autos they were the same, 5 almost 6 weeks to flower and a bit over 100 days total.
            Looking good hang in there.

Whelp, been weeks since first harvest 3/23/24 and 4/02/24 for Tangie plant #1.
          My numbers:
          T1 2.75oz

          T2 2.25oz

          T3 2.6oz

          T4 1.4oz

          T5 1.8oz

Not a bad haul after all. Close to 10oz. 5 gal pots T-1 thru 3) obviously gave me some good yield. Buds are curing well and within range. Good kief Charlie Brown, some trim and some night, night gummies. Everyone is happy.
My main lesson learned was to be patient. My T1 which was harvested 2 weeks after the others is much more mature and has a really nice tangerine bouquet. The others have a wide variety of smells between plants. All good smells, but they will take longer to get pungent like T1 already is after just 3 weeks.
It also turns out T3 who I lost control of by ph issues and nute burn ended up 2nd best in smell and bag appeal. Learned: Its going to be ok! Take a toke and relax, man.
I feel much more relaxed and at ease.now
I’ve planted my Strawberry Gorilla Auto on Monday. 5 gal pots Got 2 photos of OG Kush in 3 gal pots that I’ll transfer to 7 gals and move outdoors later when the sun is right. Patio plants! Also reusing my FFOF soil that ran acidic and added a lime buffer. We’ll see how it goes. Gonna start a new thread on this round. Got my humidifier on auto pilot and I’ve got solid numbers. Waiting for those pups to break the surface, and off we’ll go! As always, I appreciate this group of fine, double fine growers.

I'm still waiting for my Tangie she's on day 88. Super close. By day 93-94 she'll be done for sure!

For autos in 5gal pots you did pretty well. Good yields for sure. The ripening part is always the worst part. It's just days or weeks of anxious waiting.
