Pics aren't the sharpest but I thought I saw a mite. Not sure how bad your infestation is but I would start out with a brisk spray of water to knock off whatever bugs you can then follow up with an insecticidal soap solution of dawn, veggie oil and water. Google the recipe for ratios. If it doesn't alleviate the problem then you'll need to go with something like Monterey Horticultural Oil or some other pesticide.

Is the plant still in veg or flowering?

I agree those look like mites. I can't tell from pics, do the tops of your leaves have litte tiny brownish spots?

Since you're outdoors I would say it's really a battle to keep them at bay until harvest. Spraying pesticide on flowering cannabis is not recommended so I would do what I posted in the first post. You could also try to use a leaf blower to blow the bugs off. Maybe do it every morning as you're having your coffee?

Try 3% hydrogen proxide and water 50/50. Every other day. But it might be too late.

Pictures 2, 5, and 7 of the 8. Take a look at your buds to see if you have something eating them. Probably from the inside. Sacrifice a bad looking bud to see how it is.

Sounds like bore worms, if so they will bore through the bud into the steams, I get these (white and orange) and burn all steams limbs trunks roots so they cannot live over winter in them. They can also cause bud rot to set in.
