Good morning outdoor grow buds. Nothing real exciting happening until now.....i've got budlets showing on most of the plants except for the Freak show. Have some yellowing i believe do to me watering so frequently 2x day temps in mid 90s . I fed them after i watered with bloom today it's got some N in it. Not concerned about it really. I gave 2 plants some epsome salts in there water yesterday. I maybe just washing out ferts but it's the way it goes with plastic pots and being only 15gal and 10gal. These are indica hybreds so tallest in abit over 6ft and the freak show is continuing to grow taller. She was given the epsome salt drink yesterday and some bloom this morning. Everything is green except my lawn grass LOL. Now it's pest protection time will see how it goes. I've sprayed with BT already this week got lots of moths an butterflies in the yard. Yep outdoors ain't for the weak if you want a decent harvest there's things you can control if you are attentive to them. Some times you can't kill them all or prevent WPM it's a toss up each year.

GreenState, I'm just baffled as to how I haven't gotten wpm on either plant so far. It's on my pumpkins, peonies, zucchini, cukes, and I lost the two autos to bud rot. I know it's coming but I hope I can keep it under some kind of control. The middle plant is definitely showing her sativa side.

Bowhunterwoody in the name of management I am now down to 3 plants I decided to cull what was supposed to be a White widow. This was the one that had been sickly
since the beginning, was showing questionable signs of sex, as well as some WPM. The WPM seems to have been concentrated on this one plant towards the bottom and see no signs on the remaining plants. Hopefully my concentrated effort on the 3 plants (4 is to much of a pain in the ass for my deck grow) will pay off.
So in theory, the plant on the left is a White Widow, plant on the right a GG4 and the one in the middle is a mystery to me--doesn't look like either of the others! (thought I was planting a GG4, now I have no idea--maybe a somehow got a Durban Poison seed mixed in or crossed. Sure looks sativa dominant to me. Nearing 4ft of growth)

GreenState. I thought about doing that also but they're way too tall now. Probably should have topped one more time. Just got lazy. Plus I'd be a little concerned with bringing bugs in. Just gonna have to ride it out and hope they make it. We'll see. Maybe the fall will dry out a little. Gotta hope!

Bowhunterwoody It does look like another shitty week ahead (after a beautiful weekend)!
I'm tempted to hang my light in the sunroom and bring the plants inside during the worst of the weather.
Actually I've done that a few times when a strong thunderstorm shows up on the radar.
Adding the light, unfortunately only a 400W unit might still help out.
These teeny tiny green caterpillars are out in force this year!
Bluey --seems to be feast or famine extremes this year for sure

....and here water tanks are running dry after 3 wet and cold summers because we havent had rain in 3 months, the forests have 3 years of recovery after the bushfire with thick new undergrowth and we are heading into an extended hot and dry period which will see drought and the forests turn into tinder boxes matched with record high temperatures.
    More disasters on the way.

Bowhunterwoody I'm glad to see your post and pictures. I keep thinking my plants are running late, past few deck grows I forced them into flowering early. It gets cold here to damn early! I have one, my mystery plant starting to set buds, but the others
are still just showing a few "hairs". And of course, it's raining again today

Ya it can get hot up there , but at this point in the season around here it should be manageable.
These plants are only coming down one time , it’s too hard 😅

Finally got your summer sun. Man it's been rough for you guys. Funny thing about the weather........i wake up smelling fresh wet grass an dirt after it rained last night. Never said it was going to on weather report?? But i went outside about 03:30am dark and see lightning but no thunder in the mountains. Really not good so i expect hearing of lightning strikes. Were heading into upper 90f hot Aug. nights. Now were getting humid, here comes our WPM days

Well we just strung 5 of the nicest days of the year together with temps in the low 80s and dew pts around 50 with nothing but sun. Plants sure seemed to enjoy it. 6 weeks since the longest day and both photos are definitely ready to bud. Leaf hoppers still a pain in the ass but no wpm.
