    Seeds & Legality

Attention US Growers! This has been if effect for some time and has been brought up here before BUT WELL WORTH MENTIONING AGAIN.

Previously, shipping marijuana seeds has been restricted to within the state of their production, but the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has effectively acknowledged cannabis seeds are generally uncontrolled and, therefore legal, regardless of how much THC might end up being produced if those seeds were to be ...Jun 28, 2022

“DEA recently carried out a review of federal statute and implementing regulations in response to an inquiry from attorney Shane Pennington regarding the legality of cannabis seeds, tissue culture and “other genetic material” containing no more than 0.3 percent THC.

The agency affirmed that while it used to be the case that marijuana seeds were controlled—full stop—that’s no longer the case because of the federal legalization of hemp, as Pennington discussed in an edition of his On Drugs newsletter on Substack on Monday.”

    Reference:
Marijuana might be federally prohibited, but the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has effectively acknowledged that the plant’s seeds are generally uncontrolled and legal, regardless of how much THC might end up being produced in buds if those seeds were cultivated. transporting clones in Ontario would be another issue though.

While marijuana seeds themselves are not illegal for being marijuana, seeds of any sort can be confiscated if they are from out of the country. There are all sorts of laws to prevent invasive species and diseases from coming in.

            Speaking of dinosaurs.

A big meteor smacked down in the Yucatan and killed most everything but cockroaches.
A logical question is: How did such abundant life spring after the big hit?
The logical answer is: There was life on the meteor. The meteor was a chunk of another life sustaining planet that got smacked by another big rock, with or without life. The meteor that struck the Earth was so large that it didn't have time completely turn molten. Life from the doomed planet was in stasis in the cold vacuum of space. When the planet warmed up, the frozen organisms sprouted to become what we have, today.
Consider other large strikes on the planet. Some are in the deserts. Some underwater. But what about those craters that have become hidden by time and endemic flora and fauna where they landed? The endemic nature of life can only mean a number of planets have contributed to Earth's growth in similar fashion.
It is inconceivable that all life on Earth developed from the 'primordial ooze.' Organisms live in great pressure, miles under the ocean. Organisms live in 700° water without being cooked. Organisms live higher than human life can endure. Organisms get frozen for hundreds of years and come back to life.
When we smarten up and make Elon the ranking member of the United States Space Force (tee-hee), we will make it to other habitable planets and find similar life we find on our planet.
            No. It wasn't God.

Hey! Thanks for listening. I'll be hanging out and signing t-shirts by the lady's room, if y'all want to get down with the truth.

            C'mon, mule!

Well... Some folks believe that life reemerged from the deep sea vents several times and more recently maybe started there in the first place. But most recently study shows that the simple formation of splashing drops creates enough electricity at the surface of the drop to create proteins without needing lightning ... just wave action. Sometimes over-watering can be good.

Ever wonder if the "big hit" was not an accident? That just maybe it was intended to kill off the big lizards? So that we could come here.

Planet pollination is happening all the time. Solar winds snatch up a bunch of the organisms that are floating in our upper atmosphere. They get blown through space until they land on another planet. It is not as dramatic as a meteor impact but is as effective.

Astropollinology. It's a science I just made up. I will be happy to send out literature explaining everything and convincing you why you should send me money to help further my research. i.e. dope money.
I am currently working on the theory that Earth was originally a big, smoothe, hollow sphere. That came to an end during the great whoomph.
You know the great whoomph was an actual event because spellcheck and google recognize it.

Astropollinology. Ahh the seeding of planets. Didn't they do that in Star Trek 2 The Wrath of Kahn? Bromancing the stone you totally stole that idea from a 40 year old movie.

                    Rwise Post 8.3.
I have never wondered if the big hit was an intentional astropollination. But now I do. My god, man! An inside job. Interstellar genocide! My other god, man! The culprit is us!!!
'Planet of the Apes.' 'Starship Troopers.' 'Forbidden Planet.' 'Ender's Game.' Many 'Twilight Zone' episodes. 'Clockwork Orange.' We write books that become blockbuster/cult classic Hollywood movies, boasting of our very own interstellar genocide. Now I wonder if that's why we haven't had a full scale, space alien invasion (if we omit certain current world situations.) We broadcast our entertainment all over the universe and have put the fear of Ares into them.
We are Earth and some of us are badass. Others are just asses.
