Nooooooooo!!!!!! Do not store your weed in plastic bags. Especially using a vacuum sealer. You will crush your weed. Have you ever seen weed cling to your baggy. Think trichomes. In my opinion, there is that word again. The only way to store your weed is to cure it properly and store it in Mason jars in a dark (Trichomes hate light.) cool room. I personally have stored weed for almost two years without any ill affect.

Be careful with storing directly in refrigerator. I have heard that humidity can be too high. I store mine in mason jars with a 62% humidity pack in a cupboard.

Thanks for everyone's help. I'm taking a break to watch last week's Blacklist before new episode comes on. Any further comments, I'll read tomorrow. Night all!

Couldn't agree more. I am excited to see what happens in Cali. I think if Cali passed recreational the rest of the country will fall like dominoes. It happened with medical and other things before

Greedy bastard. Can't be a monopoly anywhere (unless he owns it, that is, then there's no problem with it)

I was thinking For long term storage I will use the jars. The bags will rub the crystals off (my opinion). You don't want anything that will produce/cause a lot of friction. Think of it like sandpaper rubbing against your skin vs. silk.

I understand. Seems like a good idea though.

You could probably seal it with a Boveda pack or silicone crystals but would they have to be replaced after a while thus having to open the sealed bag?

Thanks everyone. I'm glad I'm getting some affirmation because hubby has his mind set on the sea a meal. He'd be upset if I told him not to use it.

We aren't going to just throw them directly into fridge. He takes a self injectable medication that comes delivered in these nice small boxes. We were thinking of putting the seal a meal packages in the box, then into the fridge. The med has to stay refrigerated anyway, so a nice stealth way of storing.
