Found decent low price fan for small grow area

In searching for a small fan that will work well in a small 2x4 area I’m finding they run $20+ .
Just want to share this small 3 speed fan that really works well in my smaller grow space and didn’t break the bank
at <$10, it’s usb powered with a rechargeable battery. Btw came from Walmart

Looks like a fan used in a tower case (computer). as long as it suits your purpose. The only problem is down the road when the battery stops holding a charge. This is one reason most growers use plug in outlet fans. They too can be inexpensive and good quality. If you are worried about the electric bill, the fan won't use up a lot of power especially if you have it on a timer. What sucks the energy ids the grow light and the heating!!
I hope there is an afterlife...there are a lot of friends and family I'd like to see again, one day.

I use these little fans. They are 12vdc.

They ran 24 hr/day (for 20 weeks) and never gave me any issues. One is now starting to make some noise, but i view hardware like this as a “Consumable” for my grows and expect to replace them often.
There are 3 things you must check everyday when growing in hydro:
      1) Water level (How much h2o is she drinking in 24hrs)
      2) pH level (change over 24hrs)
      3) ppm/EC level (How much food is she eating in 24hrs)

You could use a wall-wart power supply. Some assembly would be needed to make a connection.

I have 4 fans and use a larger 12v power supply unit. I bought adapters to receive the 12v plugs.

This is what I use for my 2x4 tent. It's a 9" fan, also from Walmart that ran about $15. Works fine for me.

nice setup looks to be 4 x 4 +, mine is 2 x 4 , so the smaller is better, don't have much spare room,

I have been using these for a about a year now I keep 2 extras just in case because I was buying some very similar ones from Walmart that would fail after 6-8 months running 24/7 they were only 10 bucks but when they were out of stock I ordered these other ones from Amazon and not one has failed YET 🤞 and I'm running 10 of them the last Walmart failed about a month ago
edit= I have the same thought as YYCannabis they're consumables which is why I keep a couple on hand

That's why I have so many running three in each tent one hangs above the light that blows straight down on it and one on each side wall blows over the tops the last odd ball is outside the big tent where the driver is. When I started growing inside I bought a pair of oscillating fans made to clamp on to the tent poles real pretty stainless steel and all. I gave some 140 bucks for them and they had to replaced one for me after like two months but then they still didn't last a year. Wish I could remember the name of em they were purpose built for a grow tent

MeEasy thanks using the multiple fans that might work out better for placement

Those are what I use, in white. They ran 24/7 for 8? months without issues, figure I got my money's worth already.

The fabric is supposed to prune your roots as they grow so they can't get root bound. My 5 gallon pots get pretty full but not enough to get bound. I guess I don't grow big enough plants in here. I just started an auto grow in 3 gallon fabric pots so I might find out lol
