If your ph is off I probably would but if not just go straight water for at least the next time and water enough to get runoff to wash out some of the old nutes then go back to your normal routine but cut down on the amount of nutes you were using like a quarter of what you were. If they start looking hungry you can always increase what you are giving them but when you over feed it actually hurt them

I think that you need to provide some more info.
Some info on what you're feeding them and how much would be a good place to start.

They look overwatered. Which can give a lot of symptoms also. Upon your nute burn of the plant.
mas MeEasy is saying, what is the Ph ?
Just because people are over 50 doesn’t mean they know everything.
You can teach a old dog new tricks - But it will still think the old ways are the “best” lol
