Good morning GWE yes i'm early LOL just wanted to share my beautiful polypoid gal as she grows wider. I just am in love with her is that wrong? LOL

Today is transplant day for my 4 clones, they can not wait any longer, i'm going to need my t-5 for the new autos and the reflector & CFL ( helps heat tent a tad ) will be outdoors in my 3x3 with the clones and the old Vipraspector 450R 200w draw. This lamp was replaced last spring by company it had early burnout any way it's only 68f inside that tent with light running 20on 4off hopefully i got timer set for off during early afternoon. My indoor tent is doing great i'm cutting the 2 FBL folgers gals today they are the 5th pic and are 82days from seed. Very sticky, decent yield no real issues with them i'm tickled for a harvest and being able to roll a big greasy fatty LOL.

Here are my harvested autos. A mixed strain bred by FBL. Would of been a much tighter bud if i had been able to wait for them in flower longer than 3wks before going into 12/12 which i reckon caused more larfy loose bud midway down. These were 82days from seed to harvest. Very sticky icky 15% of both plants showed amber when i could focus enough to see them i'm very grateful to have homegrown weed now. They did OK in my book and kinda experimented with the mixed grow and short flowering time do to the photos needing to be flipped so if one has to make the best of it and keep them healthy don't over feed nor overwater, good air flow also stable temps. Happy days

I’m still confused as to why people think buds have to be hard packed like a stone to be any good. My larf is just as potent as my kola buds. Hell....if i pack a bowl for someone and don’t tell them it’s larf...they would never know the difference. 😂

I know what your saying YYCannabis hell i smoke it all hence the brown bag for the teeny tiny buds. I'm all in agreement with ya. I thought in my case to warn newer growers of the potential of less solid buds doing less light times. I got zero complaints on the amount and the upper buds nearest to the lamps are more solid.

When i jar my buds, i put my popcorn and secondary buds all together in the same jars. This way it’s like a good ol’ fashioned “surprise grab bag” whenever i dip onto it. Some buds are all white glitter....some have ambers...not knowing until it’s rolled-n-smoking. 🙂

Currently 14 degrees, was 7 degrees earlier. At least the sun is out so that's nice.
Just booked a flight to Florida at the end of April,so I'm looking forward to having to shape my eyes, as well as the rest of me (lol)

I have a question for all y'all up north, during the ice storm something strange happened, I cant explain what, but I'll give some details. Before the snow got here we had freezing rain sleet etc. with a small accumulation, about 1/2". This night it was 12*F when I crashed, I was woke up to a terrible sound, water falling at about 2 AM! I soon noticed it was coming from outside, which meant no busted pipes, its just a heavy rain at about 5*F (gonna be lots of ice) and I went back to sleep. Next morning when the sun turned on and I could see outside, all the ice was just as it was the night before except all the ice from the trees and the tops of homes was gone. This never was explained by the media, but many noticed it, and it was wide spread.
So what can melt the ice from the trees (and roofs) when the temp is between 0 and 10*F, and do it in just a minute or two? Even a 90*F blast would have taken more time to melt the shit.

How do you know it happened in a minute or two? I'd guess that the trees had warmth inside from the roots deep in the ground, and if the homes had any heat that was melting the roof ice, if it wasn't windy. That was the weirdest storm here in northern IL. I just yesterday was able to exit my front door, the bottom of the steps was like a mini rink, huge icicles kept melting and growing the slab even thicker. I was only able to exit via the garage door, I carried the opener as house 'keys'. My front yard is half green grass and half snow still, north-facing, it's been in the 60's for three days. I live at the end of a block, own 2 acres of steep ravine and have a manhole in my yard for the storm sewer that empties into the ravine, 62 feet down. The manhole had a ring of ~ 2 feet of grass showing around it but my little 12 yr old blue spruce had an 8-10 foot circle of grass showing around it. Everything else was snow. Doesn't make sense to me, the manholes usually melt the adjacent snow first and most.

Good morning GWE i wish all good health and longer days of sunshine as spring has shown her lovely colors. Wild plum trees are blooming, the daffodils and blue bells are showing and the robins and buzzards are here. No i am not going to begin my out door photo seeds yet. Update on this current tent which has 4 different photo strains. Left front is the Tie Dye, R front is Wedding Cake, L back of tent is Zskittlez, R back is GG#4. The 3rd pic is my thoughts about the covid relief pkg. I sure hope it's big enough to help out all those folks now nancy can restock her bar. Guess granpa joe had to banish his doggies to the farm cause one bit a staff member well I don't blame the dog I blame his environment. Anyhoo, looks like harvest for me will be close to the end of March on GG#4 and Tie Dye other 2 not long after if all goes well. GG is putting out the colors. I'm just sitting and waiting couple weeks i'll start checking trichs. all are approx. 55 to 60 days in flower. Have a lovely day all

(I feel bad for Major. He's a big, old dog, looks like his hips are bad. He's probably hurting, grumpy and didn't like the move. My first pug hurt a disc + he had severe bilateral hip dysplasia, didn't make it to age 7. I used to hold him in one position for hours where he was comfy and could sleep, as my legs went numb.)

****Update****

Good day GWE grow buds. This is probley the last post for this grow as by the looks of them they are nearing harvest. Myself i do find the closing days of a harvest rather bitter sweet i've loved caring for all these ladies. Yes it's very much helped my over all " health " when caring for living organisms. This has been a trying year 12months of locked away from family, traveling and life as we've know it in the past. I hope all are feeling like the cloud of doom that's been perpetuated is lifting.

First 4 pics are Polly and her little sister who consistently has bad hair there is no mold or rot if someone see's darkness within these buds it's a pigment change in age. Look at that smile she's knows she's a Queen ! pic 4 is a normal bud off this Tie Dye plant. We are at 60days of bloom for most all the photos i'm checking the trichomes daily sometimes 2xs I've stopped giving bloom 5-10-5 NPK and only water & molasses was 4 days ago. Water only from this day forward.

Next #5 is the GG#4, #6 Zkittlez #7 glory tent ( little auto hidden in pic ) #8 Wedding Cake. Well all these are Indica mixes/hybrids and have been grown in a low humidity environment/dry. I have carried each container to a bathtub to feed and groom so i can be messy and really get good eyes on them better lights. They've been grown in only 3gal. fabric pots. They were placed into soil Dec. 5th that's how long it's taken so far for the grow. Just so ( for those who do read LOL know it's a long haul of love ) I do not do true amounts like weights it does not matter to me It's the whole process of gardening and reaping well........... quality homegrown weed. Good morning fellow growers, it's a beautiful morning here cool but sunny. My photos are some where stuck up in the clouds?? I'm sure they will come down sooner or later. Any way i was going to post the picture of the GG#4 that i'm cutting down. Not a big yielder this one i grew but i blame myself bad mojo early in the grow. The other 3 photos in the tent are going good they look like they will produce more from each than the GG#4. All these photos had around the same grow time but are not ripening as soon so they are now 60days in bloom and going on 16wks or 4months from seed. I don't think these 2 lights can handle more than 4 photos in my 4x4 without more light. So that's the limit for me as long as these lights grow me some good weed which they do.

My second tent the 3x3 is looking really good now with the heat lamp man sure makes a difference getting that 80f mark they grow and look more happy. The clones are now 30days old took 3 gg and 1 zikttlez been LST an tying them. Those will go indoor bloom tent right into flip mode couple more weeks. Then.........in that 3x3 will be 4 La Berry Fruta autos ( reg. seeds F2 ) 2 sweet amnisia auto 1 dark devil auto. All in the folgers coffee containers going for a packed small container grow with autos. Waiting on that Bloom tent won't be long.

GG#4 is a spotty girl. I ordered 20 seeds, have 12 left. Of the 8 I’ve grown, some plants were small and some produced a lot. I grew one in 5 gallon pot that only produced 2.5oz then grew 2 in one grow, both in 2 gallon pots flipped to 12/12 2wks after sprout and those two produced over 5oz’s combined 🤷🏻♂️ Great smoke though. Think I’ll save 6 seeds, take cuts then flower them to see which one is a big bud producing mommy before I’m done

Well i'm placing her back into the tent low and behold she's still showing just few random amber bummer so again i'll wait. I did allow her to dry out thinking she's done so i gave her a good 1gal drink & unsulferated Molasses ( Grama's) I figured at 60days in flower she looked like she was getting tired lot's of leaf have fallen off stalks are yellowing so i will take her down soon. Better for us to let her ride and foxtail LOL
