WPM will end my growing

Is it all right to compost these plants when I cut them down.?

I have some Veg mothers in an open room where it is just developing
sorry I used a foliar last week, I didn't have this problem then when I sprayed a Neem Kelp tea
Hopefully it won't spread to my tent, also in veg.
