    More info about your setup?
    Ph levels ?
soil or hydro ? Or coco ?
    pot size ?
nutrients used and how much ?
    watering schedule?
Just because people are over 50 doesn’t mean they know everything.
You can teach a old dog new tricks - But it will still think the old ways are the “best” lol

Those dark, dark green leaves and clawing makes me think nitrogen toxicity. I suggest a heavy flush and no fertilizers for awhile.

Still really blurry on that pic And literally no info about the grow.
          Could also be something else....

I had plants on the darker side of green, and they wasn’t overboard with Nitrogen ..

Light burn can cause that as easily as nitrogen toxicity can.

What I see is a root issue, I would also do a bug check just to rule them out.

I believe that everyone has the right idea with it being either heat stressed or nitrogen overload. I've got to put it out there that especially with newer gardeners they see buds and get over anxious and either over water over feed or it's both. Try to remember weed is called weed because it's a weed and you can easily love the little girls to death. LESS IS MORE just let em grow for a minute let the top of your soil get dry on top before you water them again. Unless they start getting worse then I would flush them with 5 gallons of ph water and on the last half gallon put about 1/4 nutes then let em dry they'll probably droop right after flush but should snap back as they dry
            good luck

EDIT = and move your lights up a little bit just to give em a little break while she recovers. Damaged leaves won't get much better watch the new growth for improvement

OK thanks to all replies. I will definitely look into the nitrogen overload. It can't be overwatering as I am very meticulous in that regard. Cheers all! JC
