Final dry weight on the Cheese
50 grams of nice bud and bit of popcorn
been in jars for 3 weeks. The sample was nice
I'm happy. My first ever properly cured, home grown medicine.

Cheese in the jars for 2 weeks now. Had to steal a popcorn sample. The jars are starting to smell good, not green.

Hey it's bad enough moving so don't feel bad about having to do this harvest. Looks good to me.
