What you’re trying to determine really depends on the output current delivered by the driver. Meanwell makes so many different drivers in their 240H series and the hanging difference between 2100 milliamperes and 1050 milliamperes are literally night and day. The wattage is only 1 factor in the equation with high efficacy LEDs the drive current and voltage are also determining factors.Failure is an opportunity for improvement!!

The answer is going to be strain dependent. Some strains have a higher light flux tolerance while others are more prone to light flux stress and/or bleaching. Pick a light flux tolerant strain and experiment around with your settings. I keep my 240w QB approx 12 in from mine dimmed down about 25%.4x4 600w HID empty for summer
3x3 400w HID with Bruce Banner and Skywalker Kush
2x2 65w Quantum Board LED with 4 mother strains
running all simultaneously for a perpetual harvests.

sweet thanks for the heads up..
driver is mounted in a position to facilitate dimming so its not easy to read which variant it is, i figured the 240w qb's were fairly standard with 301H led's.
i'm at 200w with 8" right now which is about 20% redux.
any tips on early spotting of bleeching issues aside from coloring.. i have heard if the edge of the leaves curve upwards thats an indicator of light stress.
