    Hi Zip,
The harvest was extremely disappointing, yet the whole grow was very enlightening. In the end , the one plant only produced about a half oz of bud! but the bud was good and had a nice kick with it. My total purpose for this grow was to learn, and to find out if you could grow weed in this setup.
The Cash Crop 5.0 is far overrated, and over priced. It does not live up to most of it main promises, but you can grow bud in the setup! My first grow went bad due to some of my first time errors, and some due to a lacking grow setup. My first grow, I started adding nukes as soon as my seeds sprouted, and ran into a problem with root rot. I just started germinating 6 seeds. 1. skunk#1, 4. strawberry sour diesel, and 1. nyc sour diesel. Only this time I am only using pour water and Hydroguard. 4 have sprout into seedlings, with the other 2 seeds still within germination range. I have no plans to start adding nukes, until the seedlings are about two oe three weeks old, than add nukes at a very low level.
The setup and grow main problem in the Cash Crop 5.0 is Lighting, and Grow Space. The lighting is to weak and to far away from the plants. Its causes your seedlings to really stretch , slows growth, and reduce yield badly.
This time I have lifted the reservoir tank about a foot higher to the LED light, the seedling seem to be doing good here. I also decides this time I am going to veg these plants till I am satisfied , than flip them to flower and harvest more on sight of bud, rather than all these recommendation out there. I will post pics soon, and hope this help

So as I stated earlier , I am still coming to terms with growing in the Cash Crop 5.0 as a new grower. My first attempt did not go well, but i grew a plant to harvest, and gained a lot of insight and experience. So can you grow bud in the Cash Crop, the answer is Yes! But the box is no way near worth what they charge, it is very loud, and the LED lighting is to weak and to far. If they made the box with adjustable LED, the grow would be much better. The Cash Crop, states you can grow 6 plants, that is yet to be proven!
So I have started my second grow in the Cash Crop, unlike the first time where i seeded 6, but only got 2 to sprout. This time I seeded 6, and got 5 to sprout. The photos is of my setup (I made some lighting modifications to give plants more light).
For first 12 days I added no nukes to my seedlings, the seedlings only received PH balanced water and Hydroguard. Today is seedlings 14th day, and the first day that I added nukes. I am using RX Grow A&B at half strength, and 2 1/2 mi of Hydroguard. I will start to increase nukes in another 2 weeks in Veg.

Great to see them growing, it looks like every single one is growing well! I think it's good you started giving them nutrients. I've actually found that my seedlings seem to grow faster if I give them seedling-strength nutrients from the beginning, but yours seem to like what you're doing. I think you'll see they really start growing now, can't wait to see more!

Update: So I gave my seedlings only PH balance water, and Hydroguard for the first 14 days after seeds sprout. During the first week of Veg, I started feeding my seedlings RX Grow A-B, at half strength. I had some over watering problems with two of the five plants, but they seem to have mellowed out, and now doing good(see pics) I plan to Veg them another week to let them get stronger, than top them., than give them 2 more weeks in Veg to heal, and get stronger than flip into flowering. Tell me what you think?

Very nice! Just curious, did it seem like they started growing faster after you gave them nutrients? I only ask because I've found that my DWC plants seem to grow fastest when they get nutrients right from the beginning (at seedling strength) and I'm always curious about other grower's experiences

It's hard to see their true color in the LED light, but from what I can see they look happy and healthy! Developing nicely!

Hi NebulaHaze, always appreciate your comments and advise(Thank you) Yes once i added Nutrients all 5 seedlings started to grow faster. I did it this way, cause my last grow i notice i got some nutrient burn ( but now i realize that happen because i feed them at the strength the chart stated that came with the RX nutrients I use My next grow, I now know i still can use Nutrients just at low levels. Also my first grow i did not use a PH meter, Big Mistake! i got one this time, and you can see the difference in the grow. I have 4 strawberry sour, and 1 Skunk#1 growing, but I am expecting to lose 2 of those sours to males (I bought reg seeds , and those 4 are the last of them, the skunk is a fem. When I was in cali back in 1975, I smoked some Hawaiian that was out of this world, and the aftertaste was pure pineapple

So far I believe my babies are growing well, just did a reservoir change, up the Nutrients slightly, and PH balance is right on point. Starting second week of Veg! I want to top the plants next week, but i am also concern about the grow space.

I came home today and decided it was time to top. I topped 4 of the 5 plants. The 5th plant spouted later than the others, gonna top it in about four days. My plan is give them about 14 -21 days to recover, then flip them into flowering. update pics soon

i'm really excited about this grow so far. Just changed my reservoir , up my Nuts a little, and PH balance with a nice touch of Hydroguard for my roots. I topped 4 of the five plants about 5 days ago, and they looking great to me. I am only going to top one time, grow space is limited and unless a few of these plants are males, i will max my grow space out with one top. I am using RX Grow & Bloom A-B, but my most important supplement is my Hydroguard . He we are at starting week 3 of Veg, and 6 days after topping 4 plants. I plant to flip them into flowering next week NebulaHaze, or do you think I should give them a extra week before flipping? excuse typo's drinking wine n smoking some OG kush

They look great! I do agree I think they would benefit greatly from a little more time in the vegetative stage. You generally want to flip them when they're about half the desired size, as they may double in size after the flip

Thanks@NebulaHaze This grow is so different than my first one. That PH Meter is a MUST! my first grow i was feeding my plants acid, i still don't know I got any kind of Harvest. This plants are growing so explosive. Check this photo's out........I think I might have to throw the switch on them after my next reservoir change, I am concerning that if I don't, when I flip them and get that stretch that my buds gonna be to close to my LED?

Hmm, how much clearance do you have under the LED? How tall are your plants now, and how tall is the max height they can be under the LED? If they're already halfway to that max height, then it's a good time to change the light schedule to 12/12
