Please help me germinate my seeds

Little help. I'd rather ask than spend any time googling. That would require opening a new web page. Moving my finger and clicking and typing. Yeah, not into wasting all that time when I could just ask all my world wide weed people. Maybe I'll put the whole thing off until tomorrow. It'll give me something to do while my coffee water is boiling. I use a French press. Although, I see a lot of people in different countries using them. Shouldn't it be simply a coffee press? Why does France have to be so geocentric all the time? French doors, fries, little housemaid outfits with feather dusters. They're more geocentric that us former Europeans. Like, I'm not going to get a tattoo for an area code that covers several hundred thousand people or the initials of the beach community I live in that is ranked as the least popular beach, at least, on the west coast.
What I'm trying to ask is why use germination bags?

Makes watering a small plant/sprout in a large pot easier. The bags do a good job of retaining moisture, so you can concentrate moisture around your seed, but not drown it. If you want to skip a few steps by germinating in your final destination, it’s great.

from my experience with 100% success...

i prepare a shotglass of water, 65ml to be exact, and add 2.5ml of fulvic acid and 1ml of seaweed / kelp extract.

let the seeds soak in there for 24 hrs
then i transfer to an opened up coffee filter.
the coffee filter i soak with the mix i let the seeds soak in and place that between 2 saucers.
the saucers go into my growtent which is at around 24C.
2 days later they have all germinated and have a taproot of about 1.25cm long.
3 days and the tap root is about an inch long.

the coffee filter should not be exposed outside of the saucers, otherwise it will dry out.
i've made that mistake before...
