Wow what a response .Reading threw the thread what I got was that to many kolas will reduce the size of the kolas , but maybe not total yield .
also that a plant has a max yield regardless of how its grown , IE if a plant that has the ability to produce 8 ounces it will produce those 8 ounces if given the proper things but will not produce more than 8 ounces no matter what you do .
I do believe that a plant will only get so big ,it can be tall,or short and fat , This year I topped the woods girls every chance I could until they went in the woods, most of them grew about 3 to 4 feet tall and wide perfect for the woods, while my GH grow I continued to top until mid July, the results were they grew taller and wider but produced the same yield ,a 3 or 4 foot plant produced 6 to 8 ounces then the green house was in the same range , I will also throw out that the average weight per plant was 6 ounces I had a couple of 9 ounce plants and a couple of two ounce plants from both places .
A friend of mine just had neck surgery and his plants needed to be Lolly popped so I went to help he said something to me that really caught my attention , he said that on a stem the fan leaf at the bottom of that stem is what powers it ,if your happy with the length clip it if you want a longer stem leave it ,I dont know if this is true .I'm going to find out lol
