Mother nature throws a left hook....we use the rope-a-dope.. Rain and cloudy for most of the week, humidity in the 90% area...This is perfect weather for growing buds
. So i ordered 8 T5s and cranked on the A/C-de-humidifier, added two fans(a third will be installed tomorrow). Its a meat locker in there right now.. I know its not ideal but at least its not cloudy and raining lol. Hydro bill will be a kick in the jewels but im givin her all she's got. Go away bud rot...i cast you out!

It’s time to chop my first outdoor plant. She’s a bushy fast flowering girl, and we’re fighting the dreaded bud rot. We already lost the top cola sadly, but she’s close , so cutting our loses and down she comes. Fingers crossed for what’s left of her buds.
The others in the background of the photo are much less bushy and not ready so we’ll take our chances and let them go further.3 Photos

I'm on the home stretch here too. Dropped nutes back a bit. Seeing full cloudy now with a touch of amber.
The last one I grew I harvested at full cloudy and it gives a very peaky high from a joint about an hour after smoking it. On ocassion its a bit much. I am mixing it now with some less strong jars when I grind it and it balances it out nicely.
I'm keen to get as much amber in this one as I can but she is now noticeably deteriorating, pretty quickly too. See how I go 🤞

Thanks for the feed back Bluey - I think this cross is going to be really nice - Thanks to who ever did this one!!! - Thanks Franklin for all the sharing!! - Back to the cross - I think it is safe to say this one is really picky......I started flushing mine, to much damage to screw around with in the last stretch... Tric's are milky so hopefully by the end of flushing she will have turned a bit amber and faded....

Not sure if it's the low daytime temps or not. Night time temps aren't really much lower at all. Once I drop below 21.7⁰C the dehumidifier efficiency drops right off fast and the RH starts climbing so just keeping it thereat 22⁰C
I am getting a bit of cupping or taco'ing of the fan leaves on the buds at all heights from the light and I put that down to slightly too high EC but not certain of anything really. EC was 1.8 mostly. Now 1.5/6. VPD has been very conservative around 1.2 no higher than 1.35. I may have given them a little too much P &/or K but I kept it conservative there too

You're really pushing these along, they're beautiful. Don't know that I've seen this much purple in them before.
