Mr.furley I thought you would mention it (the overwatering) ... I'm off again for another 4 days....dropped temps almost 1⁰C from just under 27⁰C to 26⁰C..seems to have helped a lot with the low humidity problem also but still averaging too low.
I'm tossing up on the 2nd top...I think they need a trim but not quite ready for the snip..I'll top 2nd and 3rd top when I get back, lighting at about 60% 27" above canopy..pretty even on all plant tops.
Sprung a water leak in one drip tray...polyurethane is a wonderful product.Last edited by Bluey; 01-21-2023, 07:54 PM.Grow Room: 11' x 7' x 7.5'H, 480w AC, 13gal/day dehumidifier, 1.5gal ultrasonic humidifier, 60gal (27gal usable) nute tank, 20" & 16" pedestal fans & 18" wall fan. Previous Grow: Lots of big dead mouldy buds, medium and small buds made it, barely. Primarily indica traits. Cured in glass jars.

Did you decide what to do with the twins? Looks like they have some potential as an experiment of sorts....be cool to see what you decide to do!Current grow_ coco based medium, Fluence LED lights, AIT, 5 gallon planters,

No. I don't know what to do with them. I might just leave them and not top them..trim & prune to suit the grow ...if 1 or both go male hemie problem solved.
Plants aren't really happy at the moment, but likelybecause it's20 minutes before lights out.....a little bit of green to yellow mottling creeping in but nothing to worry about at this stage, unless those pesky insects ate all the roots.Last edited by Bluey; 01-21-2023, 07:40 PM.

If they both turn out to be female I think you should try trimming and pruning the middle and lower “inside” branches and LST the rest out to the sides. If they don’t get root bound that might result in a very wide flat topped “plant”_maybe. Time will tell. Cheers!Current grow_ coco based medium, Fluence LED lights, AIT, 5 gallon planters,

Day 22 in the new grow saga and things are going well. I have four new girlfriends the Auto Lemon Haze twins, Gelado and good old Magnum Automatic. I'm trying something new with this grow. I'm doing manifolds! Exciting! Why yes, yes, it is as I will show you below. Had to do a little bondage on the one girl seems she has a case of scoliosis, but check out that crazy Gelado growing like a weed! I got a pH tester and a bottle of Real Lemon. My water jugs hold 3 liters. My tap water has a pH of 8.3 barely passing the 8.5 bar. To get it to 6.5 it takes 12 drops of lemon juice per liter or 36 drops per jug to pH down my water. But between the water, the fan, the LST, the right light and nutes I might grow some weed easy.
I am also trying fimming... say what? Yes,
I may have to abandon the manifolds, but God I'm having fun now.

The green soft tie wire is good for training your plants
-
What MagicMike66 says & you can get the black ones for the heavy lifting training too 👍

A tent full of White widows! These are clones from my last grow, she was a freebie seed and produced a half pound of some really big hard buds. First time doing photos in 3 gal pots...have to say its a bit more manageable. Im thinking another 3 or 4 weeks till harvest..might be a little delay, shes a tad nipply in the basement(56degrees during lights out) this time of year. Happy growing!Shappel S3000 3.5x6x6' ice hut

I've never seen buds like that! Totally unreal. I have much to learn.
-
Now this is what a " Time to show your grow " looks like. It's a great thread to show off them big buds or a healthy grow. Folks with problems should really be starting own thread or going to threads where they ask sick plant help. I come to this thread to see showing off bud porn and give praise to those who've learned to grow.

I was just researching this strain...let us know..O good looking bud
-
This is the second time I’ve grown this strain, by far the best quality bud I’ve grown and this is looking and smelling the same. Will be up for the chop sometime within the next 3 weeks. Would highly recommend @changeofpace. They’re from Barneys Farm btw

Yes, but I could use some pointers. I'm going to read the chapter on LST and fimming. I know they are due for another haircut as well just want to make sure I'm cutting the right hairs. Here are some pics of the fimming experiment. Looks like it may have worked on the one on the left. I took a close up pic.
The Gelado grew too fast and got light stressed so I hiked up the lights. I watered with my pH correct water so I will see how they like that and that'sabout it.
Man, I am lovin' it!Last edited by OverMedicated; 01-25-2023, 12:09 AM.

OverMedicated mine are larger only because they started 9 days before you started yours
-
Bluey so you've had yours since before Christmas?
-
I'm at day 35 OverMedicated. Plants are suffering from overwatering, fungus gnats infestation, heat stress & light stress..they're doing great otherwise..lol
-
Home again.
Top leaves curling up on most plants..not too bad. Curlingvsecond leaves on a few plants. Raised lights back up to 29.5"..running dimmed at 60%...dropped temps as temp sensor not getting enough airflow..upped room fan speed...heaps of what I think is baby fungus gnats in curled leaf pot...still watering auto 1 min lights on +9hrs...not sure of the amount but it's not a lot. pH 6.06. pH of runoff pH6.2. Could have off nutes in the tank but I'll wait and see first.
I have two calibrated temp/hydrometers one at canopy height under the lights and one to the side sane height and they were reading as high as 82.6⁰F...whilst the automation sensor was reading 26.5 behind a shelf on an outside wall blah blah blah...will have to sort that...added another fan pointed at sensor...seems better now
Actual calibrated 24hr temps min 68.7⁰F 49%RH max 82.6⁰F 62%RH
Little bit of fading tops of 2 plants...too much light perhaps?

Here is my hype tent
Here is my SOG tent
I had to uppot 5 plants in the SOG tent. The pots to small and got rootbound and wasnt taking nutrients right. I'm thinking of uppotting 2 more to help them out more. The pots was .75 gallon and was bumped up to 2 gal. (3 got 2gal fabric, 2 got 1gal plastic) I should of probably bumped them all up to 2 gal.4x4 w/ Mars hydro fc-e3000

Hellbender from gas reaper. Meh. It's seed junkys animal mints x Erie sunset. Both parents are cookie heavy. Seed banks were practically giving his beans away after he lost it so I figured I'd try. These are from his first runs which proved to be legit but I have issues with heavy cookie strains. This one's the opposite she's too happy. Too much nitrogen in my soil stunted her a good bit I believe. Throwing some serious frost and does have a nice cookie smell so all is not lost.keeping it green with the soil thing
